The service call went ok, but I have a problem with the overall general service. The service is unreliable. My phone and the internet goes out interveniently and it's really bad. There is no one else to use so I have to use them.
Description of Work: They provide my internet, phone and cable service. My last interaction with them was for a service call.

The service took awhile to get up and going, but we have no problems now. Their price is way to high. We had trouble with the cable at first, but it is right now.
