Demaria Masonry

I called several masonry providers for quotes on this repair, but DeMaria was the only provider that was prompt in returning my call and providing the quote. The owner was responsive to any of my questions, and provided a detailed quote spelling out what would be done. It took them awhile to progress to my job due to all the rain this summer, but once they were ready, it only took them four days. After the job was started, there were no unpleasant "surprise" additions to my bill. There were a couple of suggestions on his part that I could take or leave. I did elect to do a full tucking pointing repair on the foundation on one side of my house, which raised the price a bit. My mortar was hard to match given how old it was, but DeMaria made a good effort in coming up with a color for the new mortar that blends in nicely. The repair looks nice and they took out and replaced a few old repairs that didn't blend in so nicely. They brought all of their own equipment and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. No debris left in my yard or around the house. My neighbor was complimentary that the workmen were polite to her when working on the side of the house facing theirs. Since I have a lot of plants up against the house, those did get trampled a bit, but that was unavoidable with the repair I asked them to do. However, it's nothing that won't grow back next year. Overall, I'm pleased with the work.
