Description of Work: They were about 30 minutes late and failed to call to let us know they were still coming. | |Would probably use again because they did do a good job...but if I am going to pay their normal rate to clean my home (over $ 500.00) I don't feel I should also be hit with a mileage charge. In the future I will look for someone locally.

Description of Work: Traci and her girls have just been such a JOY to work with. After contacting another cleaning company and having them flake out on me by not returning the next day as promised, I contacted Traci. We were getting ready to move out of state and my husband was already working away from home. I was completely overwhelmed. Traci used her experience to walk me through a plan for both packing and cleaning. She sent two girls over within a week to help pack everything up first and they were AMAZING. They were both very hard workers and I could not believe how much was accomplished. After we finally got everything packed up the girls came back to do a move out clean. They cleaned everything from top to bottom and the house looks amazing. Traci was wonderful to work with and so patient and professional in every interaction I had with her.

+ -1 moreIts been going super. Aways good experience. Its really cool when I get home and everything is clean and smells refreshed. I have 3 boys a small dog and a cat. The house can collect some dust. Never ending. So when people come over they say, "wow how do you keep your house so clean"? I wish I could take the credit but credit is given where credit is do.
Description of Work: She saves me a lot of time because when I try Im too distracted by kids and other house projects. Sometimes I would't know where to start so I woudn't. She comes every week and does a complete, thorough job. I couldn't believe how good of a job she did so I went around trying to find spots she missed. She did everything she said she would do and more.

+ -1 moreTraci is the owner/operator and is very conscientious about her work and being a professional and clearly honest about her business including capability, schedule and cost. Her family was used to help her and the quality of work was excellent. In addition, her prices were reasonable and the communication before/during/after was great. My parents had accumulated decades of "stuff" and Traci and her family were especially helpful in this fairly stressful process of cleaning/tossing/moving. I would HIGHLY recommend Hiretraci for any cleaning work that you have in mind.
Description of Work: Traci was hired to clean my parents home in preparation for selling. In addition, she was rehired to help with all the final cleaning after the sale.
