I do appreciate how quickly and politely they responded to my inquiry, but was informed that they stopped offering this service a year ago. They have not updated Angie's List or their website, wasting the time of homeowners like me looking for this type of work. I can only assume they leave it up to garner landscaping leads. Was especially disappointed that they could not offer the name of an alternative service provider.

It looks really nice. The fella that set up all the work went above and beyond to satisfy me. Everything came out ok.

You ask them something that you want done and a budget and they will work with you. If they go over the limit they'll explain why and provide different options for you.

Very well. They came when they said they said they would and performed as described. Line trimmed edge of driveway to seal entire blacktop. Will hire again.

Great until they received the 50% down payment at which point customer service went to zero. The brick walkway is beautiful. The company was to remove 2 -3 inches of mulch around my pool and add landscaping rock to fill the beds and add rock to fill the rock bed between my pool and house. They used a rock that did not match the rest of my landscaping, removed all the mulch from the beds around the pool instead of 2 -3 inches resulting in the rock coming 3-4 inches below the top of the wood framing and not having any rock to fill in the bed in between the pool & my home - the contrast in the rock types looks awful - which the salesman agreed when I complained and he came to look at the job. The salesman then led me to believe he was attempting to find the rock to match the current landscaping and complete the job. The next day I received notice from my credit card that the company had processed a charge for payment of the completed job. I did not receive a final invoice from the salesman when he was at my home the day before, the job was not complete nor did I ever give the company authorization to charge my credit card a second time. The company now refuses to fix the issues unless I pay them more money. Sub par work, poor customer service and questionable if not fraudulent business practices in placing unauthorized charges on customers credit cards.

original quote of $1,600 for work done ended up being $2,351.76 and still didn't complete all the trimming of limbs/mulch, etc.

We called and contracted the service approximately 5 to 6 weeks ago. Customer service said they would be out in a week or two to trim the lower branches, depending on weather conditions. They didn't come and so we called again -- they said they would be out in a day or two. Finally the service was done. We got a bill (already credit card prepaid by us) and it was more than the quoted price. They quoted one hour of labor and removal of debris with a minimum charge of $157.00. When we got the bill it was $223.12. We called and inquired - they said they had "3 workers here". The time it look was recorded on the bill - 10:57 AM to 11:40 AM, approximately 43 minutes. We were charged for an "extra man" who by our estimation was unneeded - but arguing was unsuccessful with them. We feel we were overcharged and had no control over how many men came out -- never in our estimate was it stated per man per hour. We would never use them again over price fairness.

The quality of the work done was very poor. The Green Acres rep admitted afterwards that it was not work that he would want done at his residence and that it is not an example of work that they would post on their website as an example of the work that they do. Sadly, I will have to pay another landscaper to come in and fix this work.

Their service is reasonably priced and takes all the worry out of maintaining a healthy yard.

They are extremely professional. I've worked With them many times and are always happy with the final product. I'd recommend their services to anyone.

Green Acres lawn care company is great to deal with. They do great work and are very responsive and accommodating. would definitely recommend!

Green Acres takes care of my yard weekly. Plus they handle my snow removal too! I am very happy with the quality and service. When mowing the back yard, they move things (trampoline) to make sure every inch of the yard is covered. When I call, I always get a quick response. The prices are competitive and service is exceptional. I highly recommend this company!

Green acres is the best lawn care company that I have ever used. They don't just do lawns either...They also do a great job on our trees and shrubs, pest control, and patio work. A+

I was very happy with the service. They were always on site when they told me they would be. I was very happy with the quality of the work for the price I was charged. I would be more than happy to use this lawn service again in the future.

They came out for an estimate and took a number of measurements. They said they would get back to me in a few days. Never heard from them again.

For the fall clean up i changed gutter cleaning to sidewalk edging with the explicit intent that the cracks be taken care of so my snow blower wouldn't get caught up. There were a few places that were missed. The rest of the yard was almost perfect. There were a couple plants I thought should have been removed (but I'm no landscaper so they might be plants that actually belong) Overall; super friendly service - I'd confused them with a different company and ignored the calls to review my previous rating. I'm glad it is all straightened out now and the review is updated correctly. Sandy is wonderful - be sure to answer her calls!

The job went well,from Josh coming out to write the estimate to the crew coming out to perform the work.We did have a small problem which Josh addressed and in the end we are very satisfied with the results.We will be using Green Acres in the spring for more landscape work.

After2 years of service we still have weeds and it appears there are areas in the yard that was not covered.I do not water my yard on a regular schedule so perhaps some of the problem could be mine. I have discussed this problem with the applier but with no solution to the weed problem.I will go back to doing my yard myself. I'm sure these folks are very dedicated to servicing their clients.It just did not work for me.

This is the second year that we have used Green Acres for our weekly lawn mowing. The workers are professional and always do a great job. We highly recommend them.

It is just fine. I haven't had any complaints. The service has been just fine. I am not there when they mow.

We had them come do our fall clean up. Did an awesome job. We will hire them in the spring again. My yard never looked so good.

Very well! I called on a Monday morning before they opened and left a message. A lady returned my call soon after. She arranged for a special one time plow. At my request, she called back later in the day to quote a price for our driveway for the season. They give the option of driveway only or driveway and shovel the walk. The addition of the walk (front stoop to driveway) is exactly what I wanted! The cost for plowing is a little more expensive than the previous company. But a true comparison can't be made because the former company didn't even show up in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the professionalism of Green Acres! By the way, we found them on Angie's List, of course.

GLAD I FOUND THEM GLAD I GOT THEM ON MY LAWN WHEN I DID TO REPAIR THE ""OTHER GUY"" I FIRED GREEN ACRES CORRECTED ALL MY LAWN ISSUES IN A FAST AND TIMELY MANNER ................ PERFECT!!!

They are efficient. They are also very good about notifying me before they apply chemicals to our lawn. They are friendly and professional.
