ELITE GUTTER SVC

Signed a contract. Wanted a certain hanger. Had a couple conversations about the hangers with Jay.Told me he would call the day before he would do the job. Started texting me at 4:47 am to come same day. Called 3 times before 7:00 am. Showed up at my door at about 9:00. Wife turned him away for that day. Jay said he would come the next monday if it did not rain. Did not show up. Promised he would come the next day. Was supposed to rain. Told him to cancel contract due to his unprofessionalism. It did rain. He tried calling 6 times that day and 1 the next. I would not answer the phone.

Jay was wonderful to work with. The crew was careful and respectful of my property. They did a very good job. My house looks great!

John was very helpful, and we negotiated that he would do both the roof and put in new gutters, on both the house and the garage. Because of this, I took his bid, which was higher than the other 2 contractors I had contacted. He convinced me that a layover roof was possible on our roof, so that's what we went with. We think he and his crew did a great job; everything looks good. The only downside of dealing with John is he is more about "marketing" and 'selling' than just providing a good estimate of what needs doing and doing it. He put off my neighbor by seeming to push his services. He talks a lot. In any event, I got beyond that, was convinced of his honesty, and I'm satisfied and would recommend him to anyone needing a roof or gutters. He's willing to negotiate on price, so don't be afraid to challenge his pricing. We are out-of-town owners, so this was a little more difficult than being there, but overall, a great job.

Nick, came out and knocked the job out in just a couple of hours...very professional nice guy...would definitely use again...felt pricing was fair...

Ray came out to the home and replaced my broken gutter! He was very professional and reasonably priced. I would use him again as well as refer future business his way!
