Having the expertise to build new or restyle your home to fit your current and changing needs. Beyer Builders eliminates the need to call a general handyman, plumber, electrician, carpenter or painter to maintain your home. We provide all your home maintenance and remodeling services through one company and one call. We put your mind at ease, knowing your home is being cared for by our team of licensed and insured professionals. Your one trusted source for all your renovation and maintenance needs. Our rates begin at $125.00 for the first hour and $45.00 per every 1/2 hour after plus materials on most jobs. Being a small business we work hard on trying to keep our operating costs down to pass on savings to our customers. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards with a small transaction fee of 3.25% added to the total invoice should you choose this method of payment.

Description of Work: We had a small leak in our main bathroom but diidn't know what was causing the leak as no water was on the bathroom floor. The leak was staining the basement ceiling. I called Beyer Builders on Monday and asked for a Tuesday appt. John came on Tuesday to diagnosis the problem and determined where the leak was coming from and turned off the water to the toilet. He said he would be back the following week due to scheduling issues. But on Friday, John called and said he would like to come and determine the extent of the water damage to determine if our flooring needed to be removed. John said we were lucky and only had to replace a part on our toliet and our bathroom was completely fixed on Friday afternoon. We highly recommend Beyer Builders.

All work was completed.
Description of Work: Installed vent in basement storeroom to improve airflow in room which houses furnace. Rescreened sunroom screen door. Wasp-proofed sunroom (ceiling vents).
