We enjoyed our experience with Beer Builders. Both John and Sharon Beyer were very helpful and professional. John came and looked at the bathroom remodel project. We received an estimate of $10,000 and the work began. The workers were there when they said they would be and the job was done with the utmost care and consideration to the rest of the house. The bathroom is beautiful and John is very good at finishing work. We did have issues with the bathroom door, which was a problem with the vendor and Beyer Builders kept coming back until the problem was resolved even after payment was made. We were over budget in the end due to the fact that our old house was not up to code in a couple of areas, (plumbing and electrical) but with all of the improvements, we felt the money was well spent. No complaints, very happy with the results.p

Happy with work done, would use again and recommend to those needing work done on their home.

This was my first experience with Beyer Builders and we have utilized their services several times since then. We were having a new INDUCTION range installed, so we needed 220 service set up at the range which had previously been a gas range. We also needed an above-the-range microwave installed, and this was a source of concern because I was worried because most of the contractors I spoke with didn't sound entirely confident about their ability to do this. John Beyers handled it like he'd done it a million times - quickly and done right - and even handled all of the details that never even crossed my mind like dealing with the crown molding around our cabinetry. The price was right, the service was great, and it was all handled very professionally from start to finish. I am relieved that I picked the right contractor to do this work. Once you find the right resource, you stick with that resource because you trust that things will be done correctly --- so we intend to continue working with Beyer Builders in the future.

If you've been reading my reviews for Beyer Builders, your starting to notice a pattern. All of the work is performed at fair rates, with great expertise, and on a business level everything is handled with integrity. I've said it before and I'll say it again: I would recommend Beyer Builders to anyone, and I will continue to utilize their services going forward.

I supplied the materials and John Beyer performed the work. It took about 3.5 hours total and the price for the entire job was $165. He did an excellent job at a reasonable rate and I would recommend John to anyone. We have called on him several times and he has never disappointed. I can think of various other projects I'd like him to work on eventually, so I am sure that we will utilize his services again.

Very well - John knew what h e was doing, and did it quickly and well! We've talked to John about more extensive work next spring.

Never came back to give estimate

John was on time, completed job as quoted nicely and thoroughly completed the job.

I was contacted by Beyer Builders the day I contacted them, which was great. John came out and looked at what needed to be done and then came by a week later to give me the estimate. He let me know when the doors were on sale so I could order them (they had to be ordered as they were custom sizes), which saved me about $400 off of the estimate. He removed the old doors, had to replace the sills as they were rotted out and put in the new doors. He even put in new doorbells-one of them had been broken since I had lived in the house. They were very neat and left no mess. My new doors look great and are energy efficient. Beyer Builders did a great job!

He works with some other very good workers. He is also very personable. The work so far has been wonderful. He stays in contact with me and will call me back right away if needed. He is going to be doing more work for me in the future.

After paying two roofers to "fix" our leaking roof unsuccessfully, I took to Angie's List and decided to try John at Beyer Builders. His profile stated that he has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. I was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate right away. He was very flexible with my family's schedule. Our house is a two-story, so while he was up on the roof, he took pictures and showed me exactly where the problem was occurring and how he was going to fix it. That evening he sent me an email with his estimate and the photos that he took of our roof that day that I could share with my husband. We scheduled the appointment to get the roof fixed and I also asked him if he could clean out our gutters. He completed the roof and the gutters in a days work and there was no mess left over. After a couple of weeks of rain, it was determined that the roof was repaired. I set up an appointment with John to come back out and fix our ceiling where the leak had rotted out our drywall. He determined that there was no mold growth, so he cut out the entire damaged area, re-drywalled, taped and mudded. After a couple of days of letting it dry, he came back out to texturize to match our existing ceiling texture. After a couple more days, he stopped by one more time to paint it to match our existing ceiling color. While John had been cleaning our gutters, he had noticed that a glass pane was broken out of one of our exterior doors (and covered with cardboard). I was not about to tell him how long it had been like this! I didn't think to ask him, but he said if we wanted him to, he would replace the pane for us, and he did. He performed this work in conjunction with a visit for the roof leak. Our experience with John has been phenomenol. He is very professional, friendly (he even let my 7 year old help him paint a little!), on time, and his prices were very fair. I felt that his service definitely warrants his pricing. This summer we are hoping to re-side our home and will definitely call John. We highly recommend him.

Called Beyers 10:30am 10/28/2011. John came at 1:00 that day. By 2:15 the door was installed. John was great and I will use his services again.

My husband and I are senior citizens and want to stay in our home as long as possible. We first met John Beyer the owner of Beyer Builders 25 years ago. He has found a few problems in our older home that would have grown into a real disaster situation had it not been taken care of right away. We have grown to trust him and his advice over the years. He has taken care of everything from adding support to the weight load on our roof to shimming the foundation wall in our crawl space. We have recently signed up for the Beyer Builders monthly maintenance services. It gives us peace of mind to know that someone can find the problems in our home while they are small and easier to repair. If we need something simple taken care of in our house, BB can handle any project from changing a bulb in a tricky ceiling light or replacing a cabinet hinge to a total remodel. We recommend this excellent company without reservation. It is so rare in today's world to find an honest, straight forward professional like Beyer Builders.

I found Beyer Builders on the internet and called John Beyer as soon as I realized I had issues with my toilet. John took the time to explain to me the options I had available for repair and replacement. He indicated he would be in my area that very next day. I scheduled an appointment, he showed up on time, he was very pleasant, he removed and replaced the old toilet. I was very concerned with calling a contractor not knowing what to expect, John at Beyer Builders explained the entire process to me and let me know my exact costs prior to the work being started.
