Affordable Water

Called in the afternoon to report a sulfur problem, had Josh come out that evening and he was very prepared, professional, and friendly. Demonstrated great expertise and workmanship. Had a new softener and iron filter installed within an hour of him arriving. No more sulfur smell. I will definitely be hiring Affordable Water in the future.

Paul and crew were very professional and explained why we needed a new water softener. We also had them install a new water heater since ours was 18 years old. They were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Affordable Water!

bad sold me a used water softner but told me it was new had another company come out thank god or else I would of never known . shady business shady people do not contact affordable water first of nothing affordable about them scound off they are scammers WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMAPNY

Our water softener was not working properly; I saw an Affordable Water ad with a coupon in the paper. I called and made an appointment with them. I quickly got an appt for 12/30/13; Paul called and asked to reschedule our first appointment until the next day. Not a problem for us. He arrived on-time on 12/31 and made the repair quickly. He was well versed in the process and was pleasant to deal with. He didn't charge for his service call and I felt the charge for repair items was reasonable. I did place a follow up call with another question which he answered quickly and cordially.
