Devon always communicated with me when he was running behind or if there was changes, no matter what it was, he always let us know what it was. Will continue to hire him if needed.

For being an electrician, he did not do any work at our house. We have heated floors in our bathroom and we wanted to change the thermostat, which I did do. The new item has GFIC built-in and I did not know how to change the circuit breaker as this had GFIC on the breaker. The instructions stated you cannot use both GFIC together, the job was to swap out the circuit breaker. Devon did the changeover and nothing worked on a new unit. He thought I installed it wrong, I double-checked all connections before calling for service, mine were all correct. I had Devon change the circuit breaker back to GFIC breaker and he was done. We were back to where we started. I went to the store and purchased the same model thermostat for $160 and hooked it up. We now have the thermostat working fine and the newer thermostat is easier to set and hold settings. Devon was very nice and a good person, we just feel his knowledge was limited.
