+ -1 moreWe used them several times. He was very reasonable. He is kind of an expert is this certain kind of furnace. That company went out of business and he has kind of a stash of a lot of parts. The service was really good. We don?t have that furnace any more.
Description of Work: We used Chuck's Heating & Cooling to do annual cleanings for several years. He also did servicing one time and replaced a part.

+ -1 moreJoe determined the problem was a simple switch needed to be reset. He explained how the system worked, and how to reset the switch if the furnace went out again. Joe also took time to answer my questions on replacement furnaces, and did not try to sell me a new furnace. In fact, he told me my current furnace was just fine and did not need replacing. Would definitely use his services again.
