Contracted with Top Deck to build a watershed Lumber Rock deck on a walkout lot. In all the work was very efficient and communication with Pat Flynn was great. He was very determined to have everything look great and work right. A couple of times he noticed things he was unhappy with and fixed them even though we were ok with it. Pat also stands behind his work. After a rainfall there was a small trickle running down the side of the house that got to the space below we are now using as an outdoor living area. He came out, inspected it and had one of his guys fix it right away. It’s now rain tight and dry as a bone underneath even in big rainstorms. Would highly recommend Pat and his team.

We contracted Pat to build our deck knowing he was many months out. His attitude and honest assessment of our project made me feel comfortable with him from the start. He showed up when he promised and worked really hard even when the temperatures dropped or it snowed. We could always count on him to be there working hard and every step of the way he built better than standard practices. He kept us updated on all aspects of the project and was really quick to respond to any questions. The deck is not only beautiful but well built. Every part of the project was made easy by Pat and his team.

This job went absolutely perfect. There was one problem we ran in to, but Pat took care of it promptly and correctly. Pat is great to work with. He explained the different options and how it was going to be built. The work was done in a timely fashion & Pat & his crew were all professional & courteous. Would definitely hire again. In fact, he would be my first call.

I needed a deck and wanted it installed rather quickly. I wasn't sure what to expect because this was my first time needing this type of job done. After getting a few quotes and speaking with several companies, I decided to go with Top Deck and am very pleased with my decision. The deck turned out better than I had imagined. Pat was very patient with me throughout the entire process and explained the products and materials that were being used. He presented me with options and helped me make an informed decision. Pat did a good job of explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the various decking material. Worked with us to come up with a design and material within our budget. No hard sell. The project was completed in January. Pat and his crew worked on some very cold days to complete the project on time with no unexpected costs. You could definitely tell that Pat takes pride in his work. I wouild definitely recommend this company.
