Description of Work: Remodeled entire bathroom. New everything. First time using a contractor for a larger job. Learned if it isn't written it's not part or the job. He did not write in contract several things we discussed, painting, seat in shower, etc. He assured us we would get what we agreed on. We thought we were hiring a designer/contractor. They thought they were doing an excellent job until we pointed out deficiencies. Walls were not balanced, his worker were not aware about things that were supposed to be done. They did finally redid things that we assumed would be done properly. If we had not been watching they would have done as little as possible to get done with no thought to what it would look like after. They also told us they were not designers, just installers. Told us we were the only customers to ever complain about a job in all their years of business, what a joke. One example of care, with everything new you would think he would have suggested a new exhaust fan. No that wasn't his responsibility to think of, he's not a designer. Bathroom turned out nice but not a good working experience with contractor.

+ -1 moreCalled them and asked for an estimate. Said they had to call back. Got a call two days later. Said that they were too buzy to give us an estimate and that our job was probably too small for them to get to.
Description of Work: Wanted bids on a total make over of one bathroom and minor changes to two others

+ -1 moreThe Brookhaven cabinets are very good. We were very pleased with the product. The installation could have been more professional. For example, there was little measurement done when placing screws or nails. All this was done by eye and many screws were put in crooked. We needed to order a replacement cabinet because the original was dented prior to installation. The undercabinet lights make a lot of noise and flicker when first turned on.
Description of Work: The kitchen cabinets and central island were replaced and a small decorative end wall was constructed. A new pantry cabinet was added to the floorplan. This is the only company in the area that sells WoodMode and Brookhaven cabinets.
