i hired a different contractor, and it was done in 3 days, his moron did not call me back before i already had the job finished

I contacted Doug, and he came over pretty promptly to give me an estimate. At the time, he said 300, and did not give me a written estimate. We agreed on a time to get it done, and he came over and did the work. However, when he arrived to do the work, he tried to tell me that we had agreed on 400. I agreed to split the difference, even though I had emailed myself with his original estimate to make sure. The work that he did was excellent, done in a timely manner, and he was very friendly. The only complaint I have is his getting more money out of me, which is easily remedied by making him give you a written estimate. I would use him again, I'd just get a written estimate.

Doug returned my call in the evening and set up appointment for the next day for an estimate. He was unable to come that day (was still involved with another job that went much later than expected) and asked if he could come the next day on Saturday. Was here in the morning as arranged, we agreed to the price and he started to work. Everything was installed, working, and cleaned up less than five hours later. Very happy with his work and will call him again if the need arises.

Good experience. Doug came over to give quote and found that the tub was in route. He gave me quote and started working at 5 pm finished at 8:45 pm.

HE'S LICENSED INSURED AND BONDED. FOR ALL THAT I HAD DONE, I THINK HIS PRICE WAS REASONABLE. HIS WORK WAS CLEAN AND HE IS A VERY PLEASANT PERSON.
