Description of Work: Patched a hole in my year-old pool liner when the company I purchased it from failed to come out and still has not come out (after repeated phone calls and in store visits). They also replaced some parts on my filter that were not working correcctly and installed a shut off valve to my pump skimmer. Munie will be my go to pool store from this point forward. I highly recommend them.

+ 0 moreNew liner and padding was installed in the spring of 2012. As the summer progressed it was clear that there was an issue with the liner. It was slack and became increasing so. We brought this to Munie's attention and were told to contact them in the spring. We contacted Munie at the begining on April and have yet to have anyone come look at the pool. First we were told that the installer would need to come out and that Munie would arrange that. Then we were told that the installer is no longer in business and that Munie would have a diffrent installer come out. We've still not heard from either. There is no follow up on Munie's end to help get this resolved. We're now at the peek time of the season and I know of other Munie customers that have had their liners installed. So, it seems that they are happy to schedule new business - and earn money, but not very interested in helping those who have already paid and are now having issues.
