I spoke to the owner, who answered the phone, and quot;Hello?and quot; I asked, and quot;Is this Midwest Bee Removal?and quot; He said yes. I thought it was odd that he would answer the phone in that way, but I figured I would give the business a shot since they got good reviews on this site. I spoke to the owner about my issue with the bees. He told me that he would be available to come see the property the next day, a Saturday. I told him that I would be around most of the day and that he could call me and let me know when he would be coming out. He never called and never came. We ended up having to take care of the problem ourselves.

Can't remember the exact cost, it was almost a year ago, but we had gotten other bids and they were reasonable and experienced. Took awhile to get them scheduled, he was not the best on returning calls and setting a time. But once we got past that and the work started we were pleased with the work, price and outcome.
Description of Work: Removed honeybees from our 3rd floor. They had set up a hive in a space between the outside dormer & inside drywall that was missing insulation. Removed hive, bees, repaired drywall, cleaned up. started we were pleased with the work, price and outcome.

In the afternoon, I noticed a bee hive in a tree near the house. My husband researched online for a bee remover and e-mail pictures to him. The response was quick. The bee remover arrived the next morning and removed the hive and loads of bees! He was very informative about bees.
