Master's Touch Painting

Frank is no longer the owner operator of master touch painting and the new owner certainly is no Frank. My engagement ended prior to even receiving a quote after being hung up on by the new owner. We had an appointment for 2 PM and he showed up at my house at 1:30 saying he was ready, but unfortunately, I had a work conflict and we rescheduled for 9 AM the next day. He showed up at my house at 8:30 and I told him I could not meet until 9:00 am (I was in the shower). He hung up on me and told me to find someone else. Being punctual when you’re coming to someone’s home does not mean being intrusive and there excessively early before they may be ready, especially on a Saturday morning. And hanging up on me was extremely rude and I’ve never experienced that type of customer service. No way I would allow this person in my home or on my property ever to do work with the attitude and disrespect he displayed.

I can't say enough about Frank and the quality of his work. We've used Frank several times in the past. Two years ago he painted the entire exterior of our house. Frank is meticulous...he takes his time and uses excellent quality paint. We've resided in our home for approximately 8 years and finally decided to clean up our garage by repainting from top to bottom. He took one and a half days and his work was perfect. Can't say enough about Frank as well as the quality of his work. Without reservation I would use him again and feel good about referring him to anyone.

Frank's work is first rate. Because the work was done late in the Fall, it was difficult to find good weather for outdoor work but Frank was able to work it in when I was told by other painters they wouldn't do it until spring. One thing that can be said about Frank is that he seems to take great pleasure in his work and no project is too small. Another huge plus with Frank is that he communicates with you so you know everything like what goes into the job, the schedule, the cost, you name it you will not go wondering what is the next move or step with his service. Excellent service at a good price. I highly recommend Frank and Master's Touch Painting.
