I called to have a window replaced in the front of my house. The window was not broken just needed replacing. They did arrive promptly and were pleasant at first. When they arrived I realized I had not taken down the curtain and shears. I stated that I would take them down. They specifically said I did not need to because it would not be in the way. I wish I would have not listened to them. There were two men. One was in training They put the new window in and it looked fine. Shortly after they left (about 30 min) I realized that the silk shears I had up were shredded. The value was about $200. I immediately called the company and they said that they would send someone out to look at it. Well they sent the same guy who put the window in to look at it. Of course he denied doing it! He was rude and denied it from the moment I opened the door. In no way do I think it was done purposefully but how else would they have gotten shredded. I have no kids or animals in the house to be the blame. ONce they got my check the poeple were rude. I called back to speak to the manager. I was told by here that "it was my problem" and they would do nothing to fix the situation. She was rude before I could even tell my story. She wanted nothing to do with me and didn't even want to listen. She was extremely unprofessional. Basically they did an ok job with the window itself buyt if you have any other issues they will have nothing do do with you. It wouldn't be such a issue but they said specifically to keep the curtain up. I have never written a bad review for a company until today but I have also never been treated with such disrespect from a business until this incident. If I had been a member earlier I would have written this when it happened.

Supplies were ordered and received in December/January 2012-13. Price was $300-$500.

Installers visited us again after learning of our concern that window may have been chipped on edge during instillation, but upon further inspection by them and explaining and showing us the glass was not chipped during instillation, we are now very happy with this company and yes we will call them again if this type of work is needed since they were very consciencious and determined to see that we were happy with their work. Sorry about the initial misunderstanding.

I didn't have interaction with them at all. I left the car in the driveway and when I got home it was done. The glass work is great. They've tested it and it's holding up.

The job was as perfect as possible. Keith, the tech arrived on time, was very friendly, and cleaned up old glass very thoroughly. On time, on budget. Even did not have to use all moldings brought out so that saved $$.
