A work and quick.

Contacted me by both text and voicemail. I responded by text. He called me to let me know he was busy on Saturday and would get back to me to let me know when he could get there. Still haven t heard from him 6 days later.

We are very pleased with our new garage! John did a wonderful job of explaining the various phases of this project, kept us informed along the way and handled things very professionally and with our best interests in mind. This project moved along smoothly and we had no worries. We wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend them.

John contacted me promptly, was honest about what to expect and any road bumps we may encounter. He had the sump pump done within a week of meeting with him and put me in touch with his subcontractors to help with other portions of our project. Could not recommend them enough.

Loughman Builder's go the extra mile to complete the project. They keep you informed on their progress and value your input. They treat the work on your home as if it was their own home.

A professional company, high quality work, did what they said they were going to do, will recommend.

First appointment was cancelled due to being out of town. That is understandable. Never showed up for the next appointment but did leave a message that he was in the area that I didn't get until 9pm. Called the morning after and it's been 6 hours without a call back. Doesn't seem reliable if he doesn't show up at the appointment nor return your call within a reasonable time.

Constant commumications with the contractor. No problems at all.

John was quick to response to my call, and after checking out my problem was ready for a solution. Got right on it and within a few days everything looked great. I was in need of a painter and he came up with a name and number. In the future if a project comes up will be sure to call John Loughman.

John came up with the best idea for the project, explained well what was needed and what was done, the work looks to be done the right way, some work done because it was the right fix, no extra charge. Thanks loughman crew.

Scheduled an appointment. I waited 25 min and left. They showed up later. They never tried to contact me that they were running late. Tried to re-schedule but never got a call back.

Rich D Jon and his crew were very good at their work. Always asked us if we had any questions during the project and if we were satisfied. Any concerns and they were patient and explained what they were doing. Always cleaned up every day.

Working with John was wonderful! He was very helpful and checked on the issue the same day I contacted him and it was fixed 2 days later. Very fast service and a job well done! We'll certainly use this company again!
