They were very helpful finding and correcting the problem of rainwater getting under the siding. The replacement of the structural pieces went smoothly and the temporary covering was excellent. They left no mess and were very courteous. I will use them again and recommend John and his carpenters in a heartbeat.

The company doesn't handle the type of pump that I am having a problem with. I have a sewage ejector sump pump in the basement that needs to be repaired/replaced.

Excellent work. Highly professional. Attention to detail was second to none. Cleaned up daily before leaving. Turned a ninety year old bathroom into a masterpiece. Removed and replaced tile, toilet, medicine cabinet, sink and cabinet, installed safety bar in shower, shower rod and curtains and painted walls and ceiling in bathroom and closet. I intend on having Loughman quote other work and would highly recommend him to anyone.

His bid was 5x's what I wound up getting my deck built for.. I don't really think he wanted the job, but should have said so. Did not off any solutions to help bring his bid to what I could afford. He said that he wasn't going to spend much time on this....didn't really understand what that meant, but he surely didn't come back with anything else!!!

I highly recommend Loughman Builders/Remodelers based on my experience with them. I hired them to install a wheelchair access ramp into the back of my home. The kicker is that my wife was in a nursing home and couldn't be discharged home until the ramp was finished. I explained my situation and Mr. Loughman committed on the spot to begin the work immediately and even worked a Saturday at no additional charge to complete the work on budget and one day sooner than promised. The build quality is superb, and the job came in spot on the estimate. This could not have been any better!

His workers were prompt, polite and did quality work. We have hired him several times and he has always been just as helpful with the smaller projects as with the larger one. I hired John to fix the rotting wood around our toilet , fix our dripping tub faucet, and caulk the tub. I was impressed with the way he showed me each step of the project so I knew what was happening. The job he did was excellent. Another thing that I was impressed with is the way he cleaned up after the job was finished. I highly recommend John.

I hired John Loughman to update my mother's 1960's era house to improve its sales potential after mother moved to assisted living. John understood that I wanted a quality job done but didn't want to over-improve the house compared to other homes in the neighborhood. John and his subcontractors did a fantastic job. The work was professionally completed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. I strongly recommend Loughman Builders for any remodeling work.

The job required new plumbing for the upstairs bathroom, the main floor shower and faucet replaced along with the drain pipe, and the entire cast iron main\vent stack replaced with PVC from the basement through the roof. There was no down time for me concerning using my water and utilities except for when the work was being performed, which was on my schedule. An explanation was given for all the work that was going to be performed prior to the installation and my questions were answered completely. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of the entire crew.

They didn't seem interested enough to make an appointment. Was told they would drop by and I think they did want to drop by on a Saturday but I was out of town.

Individual contacted me stating his ladders etc where on another job and would not be available for about 3 days. He stated he'd come by the following morning and look at the job and provide price, etc. Made sure I had my cellphone with me at work and received no followup call from him. I am currently looking for someone else
