Provider did not show for initial visit; when I contacted him again, he apologized and waived service fee for when he did come. He was able to diagnose the issue and correct it in a half-hour.

It is rare when you find a business that is very conscientious and reasonably priced. Jeff returned my call within an hour and I had an appointment the next day. He arrived on time and was very courteous. After accessing the problems he went to 3 different places to find a light fixture to match our ceiling fan. The work was done quickly and it looks better than the original light did. When I got the bill and was surprised to see how reasonable it was. This company is one in a million in our opinion.

Excellent!!! Jeff was on time to look at the house and give us a quote. He was on time for the two separate days he did the work and looked for ways to help save us money. He used some supplies we had on hand so we saved money that way, too. Jeff was very professional and explained everything he was going to do and went over it again after he was done. Jeff came out and gave me a bid for the project and explained what he would do. He then wrote up a bid and emailed it to me for my approval. Once I approved it he contacted me back a few days later to schedule the install. Jeff was able to work with my schedule and came out to do the work when I would be home. He did the install and it was completed in shorter time that he said. He also cleaned up after his work and was able to do it less intrusively than he originally thought. Both outlets look great and function just as they should.

The electrician came on time and quickly made the initial repairs. He replaced the socket in the master bath and replaced the broken dimmer switch for the recessed lights. While troubleshooting the ceiling fan he found the fan was not installed properly and was unsafe. I decided it might be best to just simply replace the entire ceiling fan rather than fix it. Since I did not have a ceiling fan on hand, I asked if he could return the following day-and he agreed. So, the electrician returned the next day to assemble the ceiling fan and install it. Altogether, I was charged $65 for the service calls, $69 for labor and $20 for materials and saved $10 for being an Angie's List member. The electrician was friendly and courteous and I would definitely use Loco Electro again.

The professional from LOCO ELECTRIC presented on time and ready for a challenge. After explaining my dilemma. The electrician assessed the job and was able to provide a diagnosis within 10 minutes. This professional explained the issue to me in laymen terms that were not demeaning but knowledgable. He proceded to repair our issue in 10 minutes. After cleaning up, we were back in commission in under 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend LOCO ELECTRIC to anyone requiring QUALITY & PROFESSION electrical service.

EVERYTHING you want in a great trades contractor - he responded and was here within several hours of my finding him through Angie's list . . and this was late afternoon on a Friday! He even had to make a trip to buy a part and returned immediately to finish. I would absolutely recommend him and will call him any time I need electrical work.

Excellent! You would be crazy not to let him do your electrical work ... that's what his business card says, and it's absolutely true. Jeff Foutch is a true professional. From my initial contact, to getting the bid, to scheduling and completing the project,he was on top of everything. He was prompt and thorough in his communications with me to set up and complete the project, and on site, he knew exactly what needed to be done. He handled all arrangements with Ameren, and he obtained a permit for the project from the city. He kept me well informed throughout the entire process. The project was scheduled to be completed on what turned out to be a hot day. I was wary about the project because it entailed Ameren showing up to turn off the electricity and remove the meter at my house, Loco Electro completing the new installation and wiring outdoors and to the inside panel, the city inspector coming by to approve the work, Ameren showing up again to install a new meter and turn on electricity, and Loco Electro returning to make a final check. I expected to project to take all day with everyone that had to show up, but Jeff had it coordinated well. He and his apprentice arrived early to wait for Ameren and to set up as much they could. Once Ameren came, he and his apprentice worked quickly, and the work was completed in no time. Jeff summoned the city inspector and Ameren, and the job was completed by lunch time. I think his working relationship with Ameren and the inspector helped to speed the process along. Jeff even anticipated that the lineman from Ameren wouldn't have a tall enough ladder to complete the meter installation and wiring, so he left his ladder for the Ameren guy to use while he went to complete another job. And he was right! The Ameren guy was glad to see the ladder propped against the house. In summary, you can't go wrong with Loco Electro. Jeff took on a project that could have been a nightmare and turned it into a non-event. You will not find a more conscientious electrician and businessman. Use him for your electrical work, and you will have peace of mind.

Went very well. He came very promptly, informed me of when he was on-the-clock and very up front about pricing. He was very efficient in his work. I felt he was honest and when I decide to upgrade to new fuse box, I will look him up.

Jeff came out on a Saturday, at no extra cost to fix a plug in that had stopped working. He found the problem and fixed it in a very short amount of time. He was professional and took the time to explain every aspect of the job. He also didn't over charge for an item, when it would have been very easy to do so. He said it wasn't needed, and gave me the option of going with a plug that would do the job at less cost. He also rewired the line from one plug to another, repairing the wires that were incorrectly installed by the homes previous owner. He also gave me a price on some other work we may consider in the future. And we would have him back again.,

I am in the process of obtaining bids for electrical work. Jeff has been extremely helpful in "educating" me on what needs to be done concerning code requirements. This was a huge eye-opener for me. His patience in explaining/educating me has helped save me from big problems down the road, such as not passing inspection. I am most appreciative off him for this.

He also suggested we do research about outdoor flood lights to ensure we were ready for his visit. He also discussed the way he would make an initial inspection to make sure he wasn't wasting time and our money during his initial visit. When he did come, he had to reschedule and offered a discount. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price.

Our breaker box had started making a crackling noise, so we called up Locoelectric and he made room to see us within the week. He came and found that the problem was a breaker going bad. He didn't find any permanent damage, so he replaced the breaker, and he even looked over the rest of the electrical running from the breaker box to ensure there weren't any other problems. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He charged $50 for the house call, about $20 for the labor, and another $20 for the breaker. Would definitely hire him again.
