Description of Work: I purchased a gas fireplace insert from them, and had them install it. Dealing with the sales and service people was pleasant. They took care of all the details including running gas and electric. The installation was performed well, and in a professional manner. The only reason I gave them a 'B' there was because they did track snow melt throughout the house. Otherwise I have been quite pleased with the work.

+ -1 moreAs stated above work was done before promised and completely satisfied with all aspects. Didn't think two weeks ago this would be possible but am extremely pleased and impressed. In the end I would like to thank them for setting things right.
Description of Work: Went out of their way to correct problems from earlier 2 visits. Replaced valve and tubing as promised and did not charge for anything. A complete turn around from nov. and dec visits. Proved to be a worthy company of their word and work.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the installation process. The installer, initials JW, was very polite and courteous. He laid down cloth covering over the carpet to prevent any mess or staining. Once he removed the old set and installed the new one, he explained how to safely operate the new logs (we went to a vent free system). He also told me how to minimize the odor that would be present on the first use of our new fireplace. We simply needed to open the damper and burn the logs consecutively for 5-6 hours.
Description of Work: I went to the store and was greeted warmly by June. Initially I was just seeking an estimate and information. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the log sets. I received an official price quote in the mail and decided to order a new set. They had the installation set up for within a week.
