Jill was nice and informative

A very pleasant experience from the initial phone call thru to the home visit. Jason was very thorough in his explanation of the 3 step procedure and answered all of my query's with professionalism and tact. The price was very affordable and was a lot less than some of the other pest control companies I was contacted by. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

They were a little late to the original time, but when they got here, they started pretty quick. They did a nice job getting the vents cleaned out especially our dryer vent. It would have been nice to see them wear shoe covers when working in the wet, muddy yard, but to my surprise, none of the yard mud tracked in. Overall, nice work done in a timely manner. Good customer service and they answered all my questions. Worth the money spent.

Performed work as promised, very happy!

Was a day late. My house and window shades and drapes was and still is dusty with the dirt they flew out of the air ducts. They didn't change the filter and I would never say they left my home Healthy at all. Extremely dissatisfied. Not worth 50 bucks much less 500 on a normal charge. Never again.

Great company to do business with. The only complaint I have is that my air filter on my heater was left so dirty that the lack of air flow shut my heater down overnight leaving my home very cold by morning

Jill came out to discuss the job and walked us through what we needed to do to prepare for pest control; and what they would do when they arrived. Technician James was very professional. We did a quick walk through the house to determine what needed to be done, and areas to concentrate on. After James finished, he told us what to expect; what to do that day; and what to do in a week to finished things. All bugs gone - no sign of any bugs after 10 days. We couldn't be happier with the results.

They were amazing it is nice to use a local company. Great Customer service my ants are gone. Then I signed up to have my air ducts cleaned wow can I breathe better. Highly recommended them... The technician were very friendly and nice.

Hired contractor to treat three 7 ft tall evergreens on my property seriously infected with bagworms. Treatment was applied August 9th 2018. Contractor received immediate payment of $99.99 for services rendered. Upon inspection 2 weeks later bagworms continued their fiesta and remain thriving. Treatment obviously much less than affective. Trees nearing total loss.

Two men came. One was nice - one smoked in the yard and left his cigarette butts. Kept the door completely open after being asked not to. Asked to use my WiFi. Used my sink and filled up his water bottle. Left two returns open with cardboard in them and left a mess for me to clean. When I signed up the lady told me they would professionally put holes in the furnace and glue them back. They taped them up. Not very "professional" at all. When I called the company, one guy justified his team member asking for the WiFi because of his data plan. We didn't pay the other half. After talking with the owner he zeroed our balance. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Can't really describe their quality of work since I can't check what my ducts look like inside and I don't know what they looked like before. Not happy with the fact that they left my basement lights on and the door to the outside wide open. Any kind of animals could have come into my basement since I live out in the country. I had agreed to have them spray the outside of my house for bugs but the men who came were not prepared to do that.
