Replaced working fine now

The electrician Tony was very professional and I would recommend him. The owner Larry is unprofessional. When a $500 issue arose on a $41,000 job he sent emails blaming the customer for damage caused by his electrician. The electrician tore the face off of brand new melamine shelves in a brand new master closet instead of taking a 1/4 of an inch off the back - thereby exposing the particle board. All the shelves now have to be replaced. I understand making a mistake, what I don't understand is a business who can't or won't take responsibility for them.

Most of the work went well, however, one segment did not go well and in fact the electrician ruined brand new shelves in a custom closet. The cost of replacing the shelves was about $500 on a $41,000+ job. Instead of graciously apologizing for the problem and offering to work out a satisfactory resolution, this business resorts to sending hateful/spiteful emails blaming the customer. As long as the work goes well, you are fine, but if you have a problem you will be left holding the bag because this business is not interested in customer satisfaction and takes no responsibility for work product.

I haven't had any issues since they did the work.

We haven't had any issues with any of the work. They have done a ton of work in this house. We have used them for about 7 years. We started using them back when we remodeled the kitchen, then came the family room. I had lights to be installed in the family room and the kitchen, and there were 22 of those to be installed. Almost every bit of the electrical had to be changed, because we had to put in a sub panel to handle it.
