Very professional in their approach. Excellent selection of materials provided. Prompt installation. I found with this company a very professional and caring attitude toward the customer. I had to be in and out of town frequently and Kelly et al worked with my schedule w/o complaint. I will use them again and recommend them highly to anyone needing drapery/blinds.

Jennaver was great to work with. We purchased a house with no shades; so, there was a lot to do. She made good suggestions about what we might like. It took about five weeks to get the shades; Gordon and an assistant came out to install them. One shade was short and one had sort of an odd slant to the fabric so he immediately reordered them and came back to reinstall them a few weeks later. The motorized shades we got are great, as we have a whole bank of windows against the back of the house and it would be a pain to have to open and shut them individually all the time. In all, we have a mixture of honeycomb shades (both motorized and non-motorized); top down-bottom up shades; an arched shade that can be opened and closed; regular corded shades; non-corded shades; fabric Roman shades; and a matching sliding door shade. It all looks and works great. It was expensive, but they are large windows and when I think of how much work it would have been for us to try to do this all ourselves, it seems well worth it. I would suggest visiting their store in Belleville if you can, just to see the wide selection of shades from which you can choose firsthand. It's a lovely store on Main Street.

Eye On Design was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. Jennaver came to our house to assess the entire layout and made a number of different recommendations based on what we were looking for and each room's layout / decor. We then met with her again to discuss everything in detail and she was very knowledgeable with answers to all of our questions. Specifically she helped us understand subtle differences between brands and some of the pros / cons with different types of window treatments. When it came to pricing, we found that they are very competitive relative to other companies and offered a very reasonable price for everything we wanted. Jennaver even made sure we would take advantage of ongoing rebates to get the total cost even lower. The time between order placement and install was only a few weeks and they kept us informed of the status the whole time. At the time of install, Gordon arrived at our house and was extremely professional. All of our window treatments were installed properly with no problems and he took the time to explain everything about them and how to use them (one room had remote controlled shades). We would most certainly use them again and were 100% satisfied with the quality of service they provided.

Our experience with this company was outstanding from beginning to end. I had no doubt that we would be thrilled with the results, and we are. Jennaver is organized, knowledgeable, pleasant, and most helpful. She helped us save money by choosing an appropriate product and be offering a cash discount. Installation was perfect. We will use this company for ALL of our window needs in the future.

We have huge windows inside our house. They came out and looked at our project and brought samples. They came back again to measure the windows. They came back a little later to install, which took a little longer because of the manufacturers trying to get everything done by Christmas. The installers came and installed them in January. The installers were so good and they didn't even leave a piece of styrofoam outside my house and cleaned everything up inside the house and showed us the best way to use them. I was really excited at how nice it looked and I would definitely use them again.

It was one of the best experiences we have ever had with home improvements. Eye on Design had the expertise and the products that we wanted. They were very creative and flexible in working with our home and our budget. We initially only were going to add the new Hunter Douglas shades to take advantage of the energy cost savings the provide. But when they came to measure, we discovered all that they provide - custom drapery, countertops and backsplashes, shutters, home decor consultation and more. It was such a find to meet them. They helped us select the right colors, fabrics and design to bring out the personality of our family room, which is a place we spend most of our time with our four children. And they picked the perfect countertops and back splash design the is absolutely breath taking! We love our newly designed familyroom/kitchen area. It is a large space and we have found it hard to design for a kitchen and a family room in the 10 years we lived there. But the designers from Eye on Design made it so easy and really pulled both rooms together. We are so happy with the work and would highly recommend Eye on Design to anyone. Their service was exceptional. Their craftsmanship was outstanding and their just amazing and honestly good people that we got to know in the short time they were in our home. We cannot wait to start the next home improvement project with them!!!!!!
