I returned from my deployment in April and had saved some money for home improvements. I had gone to Home Depot and Lowes. They were great reps for their companies but not for the products. When I was shopping for sliding glass doors, there on site selection was small (I was told to go online). I had to google more info as the sales reps handed me brochures.... I contacted Mike Youngblood form Everlast and he was amazing. I got the exact type of sliding glass door I wanted, without any fuss. He explained the pros and cons of getting a sliding glass doors with the blinds built in vs the ones without. He wasn't pushy or tried to upsell m. He didn't talk down to me (as many places do to females). The team that installed the doors, were clean cut guys, respectful, professional and on time. Finally, Everlast was able to instill my sliding glass door for WAYYYYYYYYYYY less than the home improvement stores. Another note; the installers even removed my blinds and disposed of them for me. I highly recommend this company and my only regret is not getting it done sooner.

I wanted to get a storm door past few years. I finally saved enough cash to start my project. I went to Everlast after going online line and researching storm doors. Everlast made it an easy peasy process. I did not get the storm door I has initially wanted to purchase. I got one that was more secure, more beautiful and at a better price, than I could find online or from Home Depot/Lowes. I placed my order and it was delivered a day early. I could not get home from work as I had planned on delivery the day after. Mike Youngblood took it upon himself to be there at delivery and even help move things in my garage! He was so helpful. The team that set up the storm door were clean cut, on time and installed the very quickly. I recommend this company and am very pleased with my new storm door.

I have hired this company to replace our existing 22 year old deck. Everlast claimed they had their own crew and they stay closely involved in every step of the project. It turns out that they just order the materials, pass the job to a subcontractor, and lose all interest after that. Communication between the contractor and the subcontractor always seemed to be problematic. Material quality: We were told at the time of the sale that the contractor would personally go to the lumberyard and select the materials so that we would get boards and posts that were clean and straight. We later found out that he simply called in an order; half the lumber delivered was poor quality. We had to go through quite a bit of hassle to get the worst pieces replaced. Dealing with a subcontractor made things more complicated. Workers of the subcontractor did not know the contractor. They knew their own boss who wasn't at the job site either, so they would have to call him and have him call the contractor and try to work things out. They also didn't seem to know local building codes. The concrete footings they poured were not up to code. I had to download the local building codes document and show it to them to get the footings redone. Workmanship: The quality of workmanship is well below average for what you'd expect from a deck that cost almost $20k. Two months after the completion of the work, the aluminum spindles on one side started falling off (we lost 11 in a storm). A couple of floorboards that were poorly cut and installed are now bowing upwards, breaking the screws (which were put in at an angle to compensate for poorly fitting boards), and freeing themselves. One of the top rails is not fitting right, and looks a bit like the track of a roller coaster, going down, up, and down again. Subcontractor initially seemed willing to work with me on fixing the problems, but later stopped returning my calls. It's too much of a hassle to deal with them. I may just hire someone else for the repairs. I cannot recommend this company.

It went great! The salesperson was extremely polite and professional. He was great about explaining everything that would and would not be done in the project. So we knew just what to expect. When a minor change came up, it was handled without any significant issues at all.
