In March of 2010, my family suffered a house fire that left us with nothing. Our licensed plumber is the one that started the fire and his insurance company was and continues to be impossible to deal with. In January of 2011, we hired a contractor that stole close to 20 thousand dollars from us and did none of the work he was hired to do. After many attempts at trying to find someone to work on our home we happened across Discoverations. We were very leery of trusting anyone again since we had been burned numerous times. But we decided to give it one more shot with this company and I cannot stress how after two years of making terribly bad decisions we finally made a good one in choosing them. The have been extremely helpful thru the process, willing to work with us for the money we had left and willing to jump thru all the hoops necessary to get us back home. They are the first people we have run into during this ordeal who are actually concerned for us and willing to do what needs to be done. I honestly cannot put into words how thankful I am for them and their outstanding workmanship. Within the first week or two of starting they have made more progress than I ever imagined could be done in such a short time period. They have been honest and up front from the beginning, easy to work with and always professional. There is no way I can put into words or into this short report how thankful I am for them and their work. Thank you for helping me believe that not everyone out there is a crook.
