BIG OAK TREE SERVICE

A fairly large tree had fallen over during a storm the night before. They came the same day that I had called for a quote. I had them quote the removal of this tree, removal of a tree which had lost a major branch during a winter storm (I hate Bradford Pear trees!!), 3 small trees from the back yard, grind up the stumps plus another stump from a Bradford Pear that had been removed the previous year. We accepted the quote as fair and scheduled them for the next afternoon. I was quite happy to have the trees removed before the long weekend, as the fallen tree was hanging over onto the road. The team showed up around 11:00 a.m. the next day. I showed them all of the trees to be removed and they went about their job quite efficiently. Unfortunately, a small accident occurred with one of the tree guys and he had to leave the job site. In the end, all of the trees were removed, stumps ground and the yard, driveway and road was cleaned up.

they did not show up as they stated to give me a quote on topping a tree nor did they call to reschedule or to explain why they didnt show up. they also did not return my phone call after i phoned them when they did not show up.

Lucas and his team of guys were fast and very professional and were able to remove my trees despite the close proximity to my house and neighbors house. I had 4 trees growing too close to my home and a few along the fence line that would prevent me from installing a new fence. They removed all 4 trees very quickly and cleaned up the debris left behind to include the tree mulch left behind from the trees as well as the giant tree stump sitting in the middle of my back yard. His team was polite, professional, and reliable and I would absolutely use them again for any of my tree trimming needs.

Nothing was done because the provider never called back to set up a time for an estimate.

The owner worked with one other guy. They both were very fast, efficient, and hard workers. Job was completed as requested.

It was great. He actually started a day early since the wet weather had caused a delay with another one of his jobs. So he called and came out a day early. He and his crew made quick work of the trees and the next day they came out to grind down the stumps. I would definitely use their services again.

I would tell other members considering using them for tree service that they can get it done. I spent probably $100 the last time I used them.

They know what they are doing. A good team of guys that use various methods to get it done: chain saws and the lift in the air perch thing. Precise cutting, limb collar protection and other techniques that promote healthy tree life. No hacking, topping, or wrong ideas.
