He put a 10 year warranty on my new roof. He would not come back when I notified him of leaks that were in the roof. It went to court. I had called him dozens of times. He did come twice and was gone so fast, I didn't know he was even here. I've been living in a tiny room now for 5 years because the leaking roof has damaged the other rooms in my home to where I can't use them. I had someone else come look at the roof and they told me that they found a lot of outdated materials that were improperly installed.
