ANDY THE WINDOW GUY

I called Andy for a Window repair. He told me he would be out for an estimate the following Monday morning. I waited several hours contacted him at 11:30 and he said he would be there in 30 minutes. Andy stated he was confident that he could repair the window and would get back to me with a quote. I contacted him twice. He finally gave me a date & price $200. He set an appointment for the following Wednesday. I told him I had to leave by 4pm. He told me I didn't have to be home because it was outside work. Needless to say.. He didn't show for our appointment. I texted. He said it would be closer to 4. He ended up showing up around 7:30pm. When he got there this time he said I hope this works. Had he said that in the first place I would have just replaced the window!! He was done fast. Added some weather shield. Not sure what he did. Window leaks worse than ever before. Contacted him to let him know. Said he would come out Saturday afternoon to look at it. SHOCKER.. I waited all day at home he never showed. Save your $$ and your time.

I called and left messages twice and never received a phone call back. He never responded at all! Not professional at all, in my opinion.

In the month of July, I called Andy and my boyfriend called Andy twice. As of September 25th, no return phone call. Ended up hiring a different person. Totally unresponsive and unprofessional, in my opinion.
