Leaks were fixed and they did not leak again.

I called the provider twice. I never received a call back; hence I did not use them.

Rich came out to see what we wanted done. We agreed on the price and he sent a gentleman out a few days later to do the work. The work was done beautifully and we are very happy with the job.

I absolutely loved the professionalism, cleanliness and courteousness of Riteway Injections. We have a playroom and entertaintment area in the basement and I was worried about dust contact. Mr. Carrano came in and cordoned off the work area with plastic sheets and also tarped off our floor. After the demolition portion of the project was done he made sure everything was cleaned and all surfaces free of debris before moving on. He kept us involved throughout the whole process and showed us the areas we spoke of during the initial assessment. Mr. Carrano pin pointed the area where he felt we had a crack and once he opened the wall it was spot on. That was very impressive. The project was completed on time and just as proposed and we couldn't be happier. Our basement is clean and most importantly REPAIRED! If you are looking for a reasonable, professional and knowledgeable company I highly recommend Riteway Injections!

I had 3 foundation cracks and a hole that was found under the gas pipe leading into my house. Rite-Way Injection was the only person to successfully water test the mystery water seepage and locate the issue under the gas pipe. He resolved the issue with a solution that addressed the seepage problem from coming into my home and not just hide the water seepage from view with a lot of unnecessary work. I believe, this is the main reason the price was well below other quotes. Mike and his partner were mindful to not track dirt in my home and were very professional and left the work area cleaner than what it was before they arrived. Rite-Way Injections owner Mike Carrano is very knowledgeable and prideful in his work. Something I find lacking when dealing with contractors. He took time to educate me on what was causing the issue and how to prevent issues that could occur by giving me wonderful and inexpensive suggestions that any homeowner can do for preventive maintenance. Mike has a passion and a talent for basement waterproofing. He took the time to water test his work to make sure my home was sealed up nice and tight. I truly believe I will not be seeing Mike again, which is a good thing. Already recommending him to anyone with a water problem in their home. I can sum up the experience as dealing with a trust worthy, reliable individual with the highest quality work.

Based on the favorable reviews and grade I contacted this company and left messages with no response. I checked public records with the State of Illinois and note that this company is not in good standing at this time and not authorized to do business. Perhaps that is why I didn't get a return call but a simple voicemail greeting on their end would alleviate some frustration as I see there is another member who recently had the same experience. It is my opinion that they should be removed from Angle's list until they bring their company back into good standing.

He was just an outstanding person. His work was outstanding and any water leakage has been prevented because of him. Im just very pleased with the work that he did. He put everything back so it looked back in place. He was polite and bent over backwards to finish the work. It was so refreshing to deal with somebody who was so accomodating.

He failed to provide an adequate explanation of his intended services. He contacted him several time by phone and email asking him to include all of the services we discussed. He failed to respond at all. If you are a professional you want to insure you and the client are on the same page as to what services you will provide and they can expect. If you and the client cannot agree then you let the client know so you can both move on. This company is totally unprofessional and should not be considered for any type of work in or around your household.

Mike is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable individuals I have ever had the pleasure in working with. Mike actually cares about his clients. He came to my property on time and spent 3 hours with me explaining what he can do and teaching me about my property. I had 8 cracks filled and foamed with great results. Mike warrantied all the work, taught me what he was doing, instructed me on how it works, and followed up to see if everything was ok later. I was so happy I had him come out and put in a down spout which he took pictures of s he was working to make sure everything was to plan. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE! I am a Mechanical Engineer and know quality work when I see it. Mike is the real deal.

My basement has had a seepage problem since 1997 and had gotten worse year by year. In the past I had tried the waterproofing services I found in the yellow pages. Three times I did this and three times all the patching failed to solve my problem..I even called that high priced waterproofing company that advertises on tv and they quoted me prices that started at 4 to 5 thousand dollars. I became a member of Angies List and found Rite Way Injections and they advised me to book them as soon as possible. They get very busy in the spring and I might have to wait. I called them again and I scheduled an inspection of my basement. Rite Way was very prompt and they found three major foundation cracks in three corners of my finished basement. It only took them 20 minutes to do the inspection. I was impressed but worried about the costs, especially after he told me they would have to remove a section of my wall paneling. Rite Way said that they would email the estimate tomorrow. They did and they said they would do the job for $700 plus $75 to remove and put back a section of the wood wall paneling. I called them the next day and told them to start as soon as possible. Two men came to my house about a week later at about 9 AM and they worked until about 4 PM.They put my wall back together and cleaned up everything. I was happy about the price but I was worried about the injection process and how well it might work. A couple of days later, that terrible raining spell hit Chicago. Some say that this rain was the second worst for Chicago. I just knew I would get some water in my basement. Well, after all of the rain had passed I never got one drop of water, anywhere in my basement. Rite Way Injections are first rate professionals and I cannot praise them enough. The injection technique works very well and is much cheaper than other methods. I am very pleased with my results.

The job was very good. He is knowledgeable. He is very neat when he works - he isn't someone that makes a big mess. He made no mess at all. He was on time, here when he said he'd be here.

After the 2013 "100 year" storm, we had some basement flooding. I called 12 companies and left messages. Mike at Rite-Way was the only one to return my call. I know how busy they all were, but making sure to call people back was a great start to a fantastic experience. He came by the house to do an estimate, and was willing to do this in the evening so I didn't have to miss any work. He took a look at the problem areas, and examined the rest of the basement. After determining that only the problem areas needed work (he didn't try to sell me anything extra), he provided me with a printed estimate. Handing me a printout instead of a hand written estimate was both impressive and professional. We decided to schedule him to do the work the next week. He arrived on time with one assistant and proceeded to make the repairs. They did an amazing job. They barely kicked up any dust, and after they finished, they cleaned up. They left my house much cleaner than it was when they arrived. I am looking forward to the next rain! I am sure the basement will stay nice and dry. I highly recommend Mike and Rite-Way Injections, and I will call them right away if I have any issues in the future.

They put on shoe covers at my backdoor, which I really liked. He explained that my shut off door was not in the correct place. They both were very nice and professional. They did a great job explaining to me exactly what was going on. They even looked around on the exterior for any cracks in the foundation. He then referred me to two other businesses he highly respects for flood control. Not to mention he did a free estimate. They used the door I requested they use, with no questions asked.

It went great! They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. It rained last night and there isn't any water coming in yet. If we do need to take more steps to correct this issue, we will be calling them back to help us!

I can't say enough good things about Mike. I had flooding in my basement during the recent warm spell/rain/thaw and found this listing on Angie's List. Mike came out on Saturday despite the miserable conditions. He spent at least an hour (no charge!) with me providing helpful information and determining my problem. A real pro. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his company.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with Rite Way. The owner, Mike, was notably personable. He came out to my house and assessed the problem, explained at length what steps he was going to take to fix the problem, and gave me an estimate. He scheduled an appointment within a couple of days to come out to fix the leak in my basement. The next time we have a downpour, I will let you know how well the repair held but as far as I can see he did a fabulous job at patching the foundation. I would highly recommend this company as the go to company for foundation repairs! Mike offers you the good old fashioned, high integrity service that seems to be a lost art in today's society. He was certainly a breathe of fresh air!

In summary, the front of my home looks so much better and is dry! Price was reasonable for all the work. On a personal note, Mike is an ethical guy who knows what he is doing and takes the time to do a great job. The most difficult and frustrating part of hiring Mike was how long it initially took him to return phone calls/e-mails (He's busy) and the length of time to get him scheduled. Once scheduled, he came and did the work as we had discussed. I would absolutely hire him again and will recommend him to friends.

Mike Carrano was extremely professional and very experienced in water proofing basements. I got four estimate from various waterproofing companies, however, the experiences they possessed did not compare to Mike. Mike was prompt in providing estimate within a day of contacting him, pricing was reasonable and completion of work was excellent. He injected the 3 cracks (polyurethane injection) on a saturday morning and returned in the middle of the week to work on the downspout. He went above and beyond to satisfy my requests. Mike always returned my calls and listened to my concerns and even provided guidance on how to waterproof my home from the outside.

Mike did not have any financial incentive to help me because my issue was mainly a gutter problem, however, he carefully explained all I would need to have done to correctly fix the water flow issue around my foundation. In short, this man cared--Thanks Mike!

We've had water leaking over the west basement wall for some time. We had it repaired but the leak returned. I called Mike at Rite Way Waterproofing. He was prompt and spent about 30 minutes trying to discover where the water was coming in. He found that it was not the foundation but the flashing over our front door. Unfortunatley, this wasn't something he could fix so he gave me the names of 2 contractors with whom he's worked and had good results. Though I wasn't able to use Mike's company I would recommend him to anyone with foundation problems. He gets an A+++ in my book.
