Description of Work: They performed a "tune-up" on the air conditioning system at my house and did an excellent job. They were two hours late, which was completely unacceptable considering I had to call Trone Appliance and question where the technician was. He was running late and eating lunch! The technician was professional, apologetic and very knowledgable once he completed his work.

water heater repair
+ -1 moreThey came the day we called about our water heater not working. He thought it was one part and he order the part. He called the same night to tell us that he ordered the part and that it was still under warranty. He called the next day and came and put it in. Our water heater however still wasn't working and he had to order a gas valve. He called that night and said he ordered the part and that it was under warranty as well and all we would have to pay was labor. He came the next day and drained our water heater and put in the part. Our water heater works great now. The price for labor seemed a little high but the quality of the work out weighs the price.
