Appointments were set & kept. All work was completed on the apartment in a timely fashion.

Had badly leaking tub faucet. Absolute sent out a plumber the same day. The plumber wanted to replace the faucet but we asked him to repair it. He took everything apart and had to go back to the shop to get parts. A few hours later the repair was completed but the handles were backwards (they did work but reversed from how they were before). We left it since it was functional.

It went great. My disposal broke on a Sunday morning, Doug came and assessed it, a new one was put on that early evening.

All was GREAT! Doug came to my home to switch out an old bath tub spout, overflow, & drain. He's very patient, professional, & extremely kind. He explained everything that needed to be done and was sure to answer any questions. Jim(owner) was just as kind when I needed a questioned answered over the phone. The repairs were done in a timely manner and I'm VERY satisfied! This was my first time using them and surely won't be my last. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to everyone. Wonderful. 3 hours after I called, my new pump was installed, even though he had to stand in 6 inches of water to do it.

The company came out for a new gaucet, waterheater, and garbage disposal. The worker Edwin put in new faucet and a badger garbage disposal. He went to the store and picked out a Mohen faucet. I did not go with him and later found out they do not let the customer go with them and pick out the faucet. There is a leak underneath the faucet once it is completed. I found it when washing my hands after he left. James was coming over to inspect the work after the work was complete. They did open the panel for the water heater and said it looked good. No water heater needed. When James arrived he inspected the faucet by turning it off and on and declaring there was no leak. I asked him if I could duplicate the issue by washing my hands again and that he may be able then to see that it is leaking. He asked how would I know. He then turns to me and states you are not going to pay me are you. I let him know, I will pay him I just want the job completed before I pay. He then states that he can put a lien on the home or take me to small claims court. He then just left the house and took off. He later stated he stated he had another appointment, I was never told he just took off. Two days later he called me. I let him know I found an issue with the garbage disposal. The metal that goes all the way around is pushed in. The vanity with the new faucet is still leaking. They had also taken the box for the garbage disposal and with it was the warranty. I do not have the warranty information. I still am unable to use sink and now have to call someone in to fix the issues that were left in the home.

All they did was unclogged a toilet it took them five minutes from the time they showed up they haven't quote me a price before hand and so they waited afterwards to see how it was going to cost.

Owner gave us an estimate over the phone. This was a Sunday! Extremely fair and helpful owner. Plumber showed up in about ½ hour. This individual worked for the company for 15 years. Everything went smoothly and the price never charged. We had a new H2O heater in 3 hours. Great company!!

After Absolute plumbing replaces the cartridge I get a knocking sound after turning off or turning on the faucet. I get the knocking sound in the faucet where the cartridge was replaced and the bathroom right next to it. This company refuses to say that they caused the knocking sound and want me to pay them again to fix the knocking sound. Totally unsat and not professional at all. Will never call them again.

.I called Absolute Plumbing when I discovered I couldn't completely turn off my outside faucet and sub-zero temps were on the way. I dealt with Absolute about 20 years ago, when it was called Lane's Water, Sewer and Septics. Still the same owners, and Tony has been with the company 15 years. He came promptly, cut off the old faucet (which already was beginning to freeze) and installed a new one. He then tested the lines and made sure all outside hoses were disconnected. He gave me a 10% senior discount and when I asked why the prices were so high compared with 20 years ago, he told me that the faucet cost $45.00 and of the remaining $180.00, thirty percent went to insurance. He said plumbers and electricians pay the highest rate of insurance, in order to protect the homeowner. I feel it was a cheap price to pay to prevent a flooded basement.

Fast efficient service! Noticed leak at 10pm and called right away. Plumber was here the very next morning at 9am. A quick look and he determined it was a valve. Job was complete in an hour.

I have used them twice. I like them when they provided the quote that was very reasonable. The first guy was nice, but I think the second overcharged. The first guy who came over and gave me a quote with no charge. I do not thing that I will use them again in the future. Overall, they have a B because of the overcharge. The work was done fine, the work was good. I do not know if they sub-contract to another company. It is not the same people for all the time. The freelancing is fine as the job is done properly. But, that will charge too much. It seems like they just call someone who is available for working,...

The service was ok but the price was unexpectedly high. I did not feel that the service rendered should have been that costly. I will never hire this provider again. $240 dollars for removal of toilet, replacement of toilet ring and re-installation of toilet SHOULD NOT have been this expensive!

This is why you belong to Angle's List: at 9:00 on a Sunday morning, what should have been a simple toilet repair turned into a three story waterfall when a water line broke inside the wall. We called Absolute and a plumber arrived at our house within the hour. He surveyed the damage, gave us the price to repair everything and promptly went to work. The first visit was successful in pulling roots out and everything drained fine. Unfortunately, a week later it backed up again resulting in a frustrated call back to request further service. Because of further problems that were not concentrated in our house line, communication with appropriate city was necessary. However, there was successful cleaning of the house line. The company owner & employee were very accommodating & professional during this frustrating time. Not only did they exceed service calls with time & effort, they were very understanding of our situation and were very informative about troubleshooting problems in general. The cost issue was not clear at first but during the entire process, the finanacial aspect turned out to be fair for the work performed. We both appreciate the thorough work and especially the kind demeanor of the owner and his associate.
