WOW 1 DAY PAINTING

Wow - is right! Might be the very first time that a painter actually followed up right away, came to the house (at the time he said he would be there) to quote, showed up the day and time that they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves! Crazy to think that I should be so surprised and pleased, but I was! Their level of professionalism and care was great. And, the work that they did was really good.

I would definitely hire again! The work was done quickly but professionally and the crew was more than willing to work with me when I changed the paint colors a few times in the middle of the job (as I could not find the correct dark gray when I thought I had it). They reassured me several times that it was ok and that they wanted me to be happy. Of course, I paid for the change in paint color but it was just nice knowing that they supported my decision in the moment. There was about a day extension added onto our original quote of when painting would be completed. This was in part due to my change in paint color but also because they had told me they wanted to make sure my cabinet doors were dry before adding the second coat. They cared enough to do it right the first time and I did not mind that it added more time into the entire length of the job. The crew showed up on time (if not a few minutes early). I felt comfortable leaving my house to go to work knowing that they were there painting. Joe, the owner, dropped by for a consultation prior to me booking and walked me through what they would do, blemishes that already existed on my cabinets or walls and what they would do to help fix those. I asked to see pictures before finalizing our job and was impressed with what I saw. The price was the best I had found and the entire job from start to finish was done in a professional way. Very happy with the results (see attached)!

I was able to make an appointment for estimate online for the next day. Joe arrived on time and his quote was acceptable. We scheduled the day of the job by email and Joe and Ron both arrived on time and in friendly moods. They made no complaints about having to move my heavy furniture. Ron did an excellent job of painting with clean edges and no missed spots. I will definitely recommend to others or use again in the future.

The estimate was thorough. The team that painted our house was very quick and was able to do the painting in a little over a day. The quality of their work is very good and the price would be hard to beat.

Terrific! Estimate appointment was very thorough, wasn't sure if I wanted to do bathrooms but given price was lower than expected requested additional work. Estimate workup very thorough, advised based on what type of paint I was purchasing how much I should have on-hand. Wasn't certain if job would take 1 or 1.5 days but explained would bring 6-man crew to try to finish all in one day. Crew arrived just before expected, everyone introduced themselves and they set to work. Every time there was a question (like where to put something or what to do with any nails I had in the wall for removed artwork), they always checked with me for direction instead of making any assumptions. I checked prior to lunch whether they had sufficient paint in case I had to run out for more, advised there was enough, even needing to do 4 coats in one area to ensure great coverage (red paint on builder-grade white wall). As job was nearing completion, was requested to review all areas - found two areas that needed minor touch-up, which was addressed immediately. Received a thank-you card signed by team & a cookie. I was very pleased with how everything turned out & would recommend them highly - in fact I plan to use them again when I'm ready to take on my kitchen!

I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with WOW 1 Day Painting. From first contact to last, they were above and beyond prompt, courteous, professional and a great value. Not the cheapest, because you get what you pay for (been there, done that, regretted that before the paint was dry.) WOW did a fantastic job for a very fair price. They had great availability and worked quickly, efficiently, cleanly and unbelievably were, as their name says, in and out in a single day! It sounds corny, but every time we'd walk into a room they were working on, we'd all exclaim "WOW!" as if we were filming an ad for the company...the transformation from beat up old walls that had seen better days, to a fresh new double coat of brand name paint in a current color scheme was nothing short of miraculous! I would have them back again or refer them to a friend without hesitation.

It went wonderfully. I appreciate the speed with which the whole process took place, from first contact to job completion. All representatives from the Wow were wonderful to work with from the estimate to the paint job to billing. A perfect experience for someone new to town with no recommendations. I, however, can recommend them highly.

They came, and they stayed on the job until it was done. Theses saved us, we have had such bad experience with a few contractors, who stole deposits from us, who showed up high on drugs, these guys brought a true foreman with 35 years experience, and we were so grateful, that they picked up the job in such great way. I give them my highest recommendation. They are so dependable, you can give them our highest possible rating. We were feeling desperate after the last painting company that had contact with us. We gave them a deposit of $1600 and then we never heard from them again. WOW didn't take any money from us, until the job was done to our satisfaction, and we can use them without reservation. They saved us, I don't know where we would be at if it had not been for Joe and Marc Novak coming along to work with us to get this job done. I am so grateful to these guys, because our house looks so beautiful now, we have eight different colors on, it looks gorgeous. I've never met these guys, but they were true to their words, and they came by and finished the job.

Pretty well, took longer than the estimate time.

Great! They focus on quality so that you are satisfied in the end. They made several suggestions which I appreciated. The drywall guy and painters had 20+ years experience and were very courteous and professional. I paid a little more but received a much better product. Joe was great about keeping me informed and very responsive. I would highly recommend them.

They were very responsive, answered immediately, and that is the reason we decided to go with them. They even came out the same day that I asked for an estimate. They were punctual, professional, and even took away from their other jobs to do work on a Sunday. They came out to start the work at 6:45am! The foreman (Marc) and his associate (Todd) were very friendly and easy to work with and treated us with the utmost respect. We asked for painting to be done, but they took the extra steps to caulk and nail the areas that needed it before painting. They went above and beyond the call of duty!

Team was mostly professional but had to come back two times to complete the whole project. Got the job done but the process was a lot of work.

The customer service and professional painting job from this company was top quality. I contacted the company through the internet. They were here the same week doing the estimate which they completed while here and emailed a copy as well. They were able to schedule the job not long after. Mark Novak is a kind and genuine guy who is solid to his word and offers exceptional customer service. He was in direct contact with his workers on site and over the phone. The workers were trustworthy and talented; actually a joy to have in your home working. All communication was done through phone calls, texting, and email. Communication was amazing. The price was fair and the finished job, high quality. WOW is a good name for this company as we were "wowed" by the exceptional job from beginning to end.

Wow! (No pun intended) :). I was very pleased and impressed with the efficiency and quality of work done by this team.

It went great! Everyone was very professional and they got back to me in a timely manner if I had any questions. Nothing was broken, they covered everything and were very careful when removing their tarps so that dust did not get onto my furniture. They treated my home like it were their own. They even helped me move some furniture when my husband wasn't home while they were there. Very trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone!

Marc Novak was very personable to work with! He was in tune with my needs by offering to schedule the work after hours, as to not disrupt the workflow of the office. He and his crew were professional and punctual. I appreciated their attention to detail with the prep work, which included removing the 70-plus plaques and wall hangings, and putting them back in the same exact order. They were neat and tidy with cleaning up at the end of each day. The work was done within the anticipated time frame, and surpassed my expectations! I would highly recommend Marc and his crew for all your painting projects!
