Fast, no problems, With floor cracks, got to have Trench put in later - but you have to do walls first

The crack is visibly filled with urethane all the way from the inside of the wall to the outside. We have had zero signs of seepage since the work was performed. Brent provided plenty of helpful tips to ensure good water management including advice on battery backup sump pump systems. He was very knowledgeable and professional in completing the job.

We had been talking with them since October regarding possible leakage in our basement on the same wall where they'd done a foundation crack repair for us 5 years ago. I called them to find out if we had another leak. One of them said yes and to have the drywall and trim removed by someone else, for he didn't have the proper tools to remove the trim, and they'd come back. Well, I had several other people come out to give me their opinion before I ripped out the wall, and they said they didn't see a crack. I then had the other brother from Premium come out and he said we have to do a water test through the window. But I had the wall removed at some point in the fall or winter, but then didn't do the hose in the window well drain until spring, when Brent came out again and found the problem - because we did see wetness where wall and floor met when we did the hose test - was in the flashing around the window outside. He told us a bead of polyurethane caulk would do the trick, and didn't charge for all his time advising and diagnosing. So, to conclude, the one brother gave bad advice as there was not a crack.

The owner is the individual who performed the service. The appointment was at first just to provide an estimate, but after he explained that he could fix the crack on the spot, AND that there was little to be done about seepage over the top of the foundation after a severe downpour...because it was a proble for the Village of Morton Grove to solve. In NW Morton Grove, our sewer system is inadequate when a deluge hits...it can't handle the water and as a result my sewer in the backyard tops out and the yard fills up. Until the Village does its job, I am out of luck. He made it very plain to me that whatever remedies he could come up with...flashing at the base of the outside wall, etc...would be pointless and a waste of my money.

He knew what he was talking about and was very helpful. He did the job that day and he initially gave me an estimate, which was a fair estimate. I got the referral from a friend and so he gave me a discount, but I am unaware if he still does the same. He did a good job and I will continue to use him in future.

Called company and owner came and provided the estimate. After I agreed to do the work, the service technician came within 30 minutes. Work was performed in a professional manner and technician explained the entire process to me. The experience was very good. I would have rated the quality an "A" except that I have not been able to confirm that the repair completely solves the problem. Only time and lots of rain will confirm that the problem has been fully resolved. However, the work is guaranteed for life and is transferrable so I am about 95% sure that the problem is corrected. I would highly recommend this company to others.
