The entire process was great from start to finish. The person who came out to talk to us and provide us a quote was very professional. He was not pushy at all. Another thing I liked is that he didn't talk bad about their competition. I can't stand when people come out and just tell me what other people do wrong. He just told me his product and left it at that. The day of the build a team of 3 showed up early because of weather expected in the afternoon. They showed me exactly what they were going to do and then just got to work. They worked all day and finished putting up the fence in the pouring rain. The fence is rock solid and looks great. We could not be happier.

Contacted Paramount online to request a quote and indicated the type of fence I was interested in. Ornamental. A day or two later a very nice lady called to confirm the appointment on May11th , between 1pm-130pm and told me the salesperson making the visit would be Omar. On the day of the appointment Omar called to see if he could come by 45minutes early which was fine. It was an unacceptable "drive by " sales visit . His first question to me was "am I your first quote ?" , which should have had no bearing on the situation. He measured the yard , had no brochures (even though I specified what I was interested in when I made my web request for the appointment), quickly showed me 2 examples from his car & after taking my email address , was on his way. Didn't discuss choices, options , etc He wasn't at my house more than 15 minutes. To date Omar has never called, emailed or contacted me in any way , shape or form & it's been more than a week. Another contractor who took the time to visit on Mother's Day , has spoken with me 4 times , been at my home twice will likely be getting my business. I will keep you posted.

Received an estimate for a wood fence when I asked for a chain link fence. Called the sales person, left several messages that I needed to have the quote revised to include a chain link fence and to remove the quote for the wood fence. Never heard back from the sales man. Called the company and asked for a different sales person and I was told that the same sales person that did the quote would contact me, I asked for a different sales person to contact me and still the same sales person contacted me. This company is obviously going to do what they want and not what the customer wants or would like to have done.

Great from start to finish. Omar came and gave us (and our neighbor) a quote. We had talked to a lot of fence companies, but we felt Paramount was up front with us about their process and didn't try to tear down the competition. We walked through all the fencing options and received a clear, detailed quote. The installation went as planned, but they did have a problem with one post because there was a line where they wanted to put a post and it took a couple of days for the city to resolve it. But other than that the process was smooth.

I met with an estimator/sales person from Paramount. His name was Omar. I was absolutely thrilled by his service, punctuality and professionalism. He was very thorough and gave us quotes for both a wooden and an aluminum fence for our back yard. I would recommend this company for anyone who wants honest, detailed estimates for fencing. As soon as we save up enough to purchase the fence we are going to hire Paramount to do the work. I will post my review once they perform the service.

The company sent a representative to provide and estimate. He was very helpful with finding ways to stay in our budget. A date was scheduled and the work was completed in a day.

We just adopted a new dog and with two high energy dogs about a year and a half old, we had to have a fenced yard. We wanted a fence and wasn't sure if the weather would cooperate. The organization where we adopted our dog suggested Paramount Fencing. I'm glad we called. The whole experience was great, from start to finish. We had approximately 183 linear feet of yard that we needed fenced. We knew we wanted chain-link to blend in with our neighbor's fence, but on our property we went 5 feet high, black vinyl chain-link fence with two four feet wide gates. Omar is a complete professional and knows what he's selling, we were very pleased with the price. We did get a very low estimate from another company, but I felt that he didn't really want the job, never answered a question about warranty, etc, and I believe you get what you paid for. With Paramount, I felt confident with the reviews on Angie's List. We went ahead and paid 50% of the total price of the project. After the permit was approved (by the way, Omar walked us through the entire process, which we really appreciated), the guys installed the fence a week later. The fence is beautiful (as beautiful as chain link gets) and the pooches are happy they have lots of room to run. It was a cold day when they installed it, but they worked efficiently and methodically. I appreciated their attention to detail. All in all, a great experience, and we are super thrilled about our new fence. Thanks Paramount! Another note, Rachel, the office manager is very friendly and very professional, and all my communication with her has been exceptional.

Omar came in mid december and gave me the estimate. We talked about several options, and he was very knowledgable and helpful. I like that they have a price list that they quote from, which he showed me. The crew was here on january 12 and 13th, and they did a great job installing and cleaning up after. My fence looks beautiful and more importantly it's keeping my dogs contained! They gave me exactly what i wanted at a great price.

Arrived on time, had to dig the post holes by hand because their machine was broken. Still had the job completed and hauled away all the old fencing and still completed the job on the same day.

Unbeknownst to me, they cracked a drain pipe in my yard, causing water to seep through fence posts. Didn't want to repair. City intervened and Paramount did the repair. Following year, post in another part of the yard sheared under wind. This year, 3 panels and a gate fell over under wind, shearing two posts. Four-year old fence. Three major repairs.

I found them on Angie’s List and they did very good work. I would use them again in the future.

Everything was fantastic. They responded right away and they were out right away. The fence looks really good. Everything was wonderful. They were the most reasonable of everyone that we looked at. Everything looks really good. We would absolutely use them again.

Omar was the sales person. Very professional. He came out right on time of the pre-arranged appointment. I had emailed a request through Angies List. I had a few questions that Omar said he would get back to me on and sure enough, a couple of days later he called me back with the info. He didn't rush me during the quoting process and we walked around the yard to make suggestions for where the fence should go. He also followed up consistently (about every other week) to see if I had made a decision on the fence. He was never pushy. There was one other company we were also considering, however Omar's good personality and knowledge made Paramount a top contender had we chosen to go with an actual fence.

The estimator was late and slow. When I telephoned the fence company 3 hours after the estimator finished requesting my quote I found the staff and estimator to be both rude and arrogant. I cancelled my estimate and would not recommend this company.

Awesome! Steve, the owner, came out on time to do the inital quote for us by walking the fence line and taking measurements. The quote came in under the other 4 fence companies we checked out. The thing that impressed us the most was his attention to detail. As we walked the potential fence line, Steve immediately noticed our sloped yard and made a recommendation to put in custom sloped gates so that the fence line would be even with no angles or gaps under the fence (something none of the other companies noticed or recommended). Paramount made them at no extra charge! The quote was very thorough including which direction the self-closing, lockable gates would open/close because of our kids and dog. He also included hauling away the dirt and pulling the permit since we live in the same town. I also asked if we could not include the company sign on the fence when they were done and he happily obliged... we are more than happy to recommend Paramount to everyone! Rachel, the office manager, was great and very much on top of the permit, ordering our fence and calling us to let us know when to expect the installation crew. Always pleasant on the phone and was prompt in sending out our bill and receipts for payment. The fence installation crew of three arrived early and worked diligently all day to install our fence in one day versus 2. If you have brush or vegetation in the way, be sure to cut it or tie it back if you want to keep it... we forgot to do that with our bushy tree and they chopped it back, but it is ok by us. We checked on the progress throughout the day and at one point I noticed that part of the fence was taller on one side than the other between the gates and they fixed it with no problems making sure the fence followed the ground but also looked even along the top edge, too. They cleaned up very well after themselves doing a great job! We had a slight issue with our dog who is skinnier than we thought and we learned later that she can go through the pickets in the aluminum fence (our fault for not considering that) and to our suprise, Steve came out the next day to check on what might be the issue. He made a couple recommendations which we will implement. Overall, the fence is beautiful and better than we imagined it would be. Paramount is a great company to work with. This company is licensed, insured and bonded; a member of the Better Business Bureau; provides financing if you need it; and workmanship is warrantied for 5 years; aluminum fence has a lifetime warranty!

Paramount was one of three bids I solicited, and their bid fell in line with the other's. (The third never actually got back to me.) Since I live in Carol Stream, Scott offered to take care of submitting the permit (not a big deal, but nice nonetheless) and calling J.U.L.I.E. for me. Scott was especially detailed in walking through where the fence would run, and in which direction the gates would open. He also explained the features that the fence would come with. He suggested we not get a white fence, owing to his previous experience as a real estate agent, and since it would've been more expensive and custom ordered anyway, we decided to stick with the black fence. There was a discount for paying with cash, which was nice. Apart from a couple of snafus involving payment, everything was professionally handled and the installers came and did a decent job keeping things off the perennials. The fence looks very, very good.

We recently purchased a house and needed the fence installed within a week for our golden retriever. The team did a great job with the installation and we are very happy with the finished product.

These guys were incredible. In the middle of winter with the ground covered in over a foot of snow they built a fantastic fence for us in about 2 1/2 days. When Todd told me that they would get it done in 2-3 days and work in the middle of winter, I didn't believe it could be done, but they proved me wrong. They also took extra care to find property pins and make sure the fence was lined up exactly along the property line on the sides it had to be. The end product looks great. In fact, we have had numerous compliments from our neighbors on the workmanship of the fence. The job was done effectively and efficiently and we would recommend Paramount fence to anyone looking to have a fence installed.

The install job was great. The guys worked very effeciently. The fence looks wonderful. Our only complaint is that a "paramount fence" advertising sign was installed on the fence without our knowledge (doesn't say anything about it in the contract). I'm not a big fan of spending $8,000 + on a fence and then still have to advertise for the company forever more. I am happy to pass on their name to neighboors, family,and friends that has asked out the fence (and we have!). I would just rather not have the sign permanetely fixed to the fence.

I had an appointment scheduled with Todd at 4pm on 4/19/10. I waited a week for this appointment. With no show by 6:30, I finally got ahold of him and he said he got behind in his appointments and would call me the next day to reschedule. I waited two days and he never called me back. I had let him know that it was only about 100 feet of fence that needed to be installed. Obviously, he felt it wasn't worth his time to come out. I now have my fence installed by another company and not only did he lose out on a $1600 sale but my neighbor has since decided to redo his complete yard to the tune of over $3000. Sorry, Todd. Not only did you waste my time waiting a week for the appointment that you didn't show up for, you lost a much bigger sale to a company who was more than happy to talk to me.

Todd came out and gave us an estimate, went over the process with us. Work began and finished the same day, The crew cleaned up every bit of mess, and consulted us during the process to insure our satisfaction. We are very happy with the result,and look forward to using them when we can afford to do the rest of our yard.

We found Steve on Angies list. We had an exceptional experience. We had three quotes from other fence companies found on Angies list. Steve was the only one who was prompt , easy to reach, resonably priced. He also took the time to educate me on what to ask when getting quotes from other companies so the quotes would compare apples to apples. Some of the other companies could not even answer my questions and did not call me back until weeks later. Steve was also willing to talk to the village hall which was giving me problems since my lot is not really a corner but not really an interior lot. He worked with me to design a fence that was suitable to me and to the village. We have had many compliments from our neighbors on the appearance of the fence. He customized it for us so it looks different than the usual wood post fences. I would highly recommend him and his crew who were fast and did quality workmanship.

They were punctual and their price was right on. They had great workmanship as well.

The experience was absolutely fantastic. They did everything they were supposed to and came out when they said they would. They returned phone calls when I left messages.
