Omar is the best... Explained everything that needed to be done and was easy to work with.. He even gave me some "extra" boards in case of the neighborhood kids damage my new fence. I would use him over anybody...

We waited for more than 6 weeks for them to do the work. They gave us a window of showing up from 7:00am to 9:00 and we had to call them at 9:30 asking where they were. The person on the phone had no idea where they were, they finally showed up at almost 10am. they made such a mess with the concrete that they had to come back 2 weeks later to clean it up off our new driveway. The fence is fine but the cement around the post holes is very sloppy and doesn't look professional

Not well, the bid process was smooth. I notified them I wanted to hire them, set up an appointment. The sales person called with no notice and asked me to pull ahead the time of the appointment during my work day, I dropped everything at work, showed up as planned and he never showed, nor did he call me to tell me he somehow wasn't going to make it to the meeting time he asked for. Bottom line, if they don't show up to sign a contract at the time and place they requested, how likely is it you can rely on them to do anything as promised once you give them the job. I called to voice my concerns with the company management, they were apologetic, but I didn't trust them enough at this point to hire them.I did not hire them and would highly recommend against considering them when shopping for a fence.

The estimate was timely and the price was consistent with other bids. The work was done when scheduled and looks great.

Excellent, truly. Note that they DO use subcontractors. The Paramount representative was highly responsive, honest, respectful, professional and concerned with my satisfaction. In particular my concerns about my large pup's possible abilities to get under parts of the fence, etc. The subcontractor and I did an initial walk through on completion and I had some tweaks I asked to be fixed - which they did. There was one issue, where the subcontractor felt I needed to deal with the Paramount rep, which I then did to satisfactory conclusion with Paramount. I had put in the contract that both Paramount and the subcontractor would have to provide me with Waiver of Lien upon payment in full. This they did with no problems whatsoever and in a timely manner. Paramount did an excellent job both of installation and of customer service.

Omar was a phenomenal sales rep for us. We had a few hiccups with our association and he was very helpful and patient. The crew arrived early, was very professional and friendly, and was done before I came home from work. We had approximately 360 linear feet of fence and it was Cedar of course with two gates. It looks amazing and am so happy we used them.

No response to either request so I hired someone else.

We couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Paramount Fence. It took a little longer than we thought from the time we signed the contract until they were able to begin the work, but we couldn't be happier with the results. There was one minor detail that came up during installation, but one call to the office was all it took, and the problem was resolved in seconds! Very professional company and considerate, professional installers!

Paramount Fencing was very professional and responsive in setting up and providing a free estimate. Maurice made sure we understood all the options, and potential difficulties with the location of the lot line and utility boxes. The estimate was considerably higher than two other estimates so we didn't chose them, but we were impressed with Paramount other than price.

I was very satisfied with the free estimate that Steve, the owner of Paramount Fence, provided for me on 380 feet of a high end 6 foot vinyl fence. He came to the house and spent a lot of time measuring and inspecting my large yard. He then discussed with me several different options on cedar and vinyl fencing. He prepared an estimate on the spot that was very competitive with the other bids I received. In the end, I decided to go with a different color fence that was only available at another company. I would have no hesitation using Paramount in the future, based on the professionalism and timeliness that the company showed.

He was very nice and knowledgeable. The owner came out and helped us with ideas. I am strongly considering to use them.

The fence, including the fence posts, was installed in one day. Steve, the salesman, and Rachel in the office were always pleasant in answering all of my questions. Steve guided me through the entire process from start to finish. It was truly a great experience from beginning to end!

It was a pleasure working with Paramount fence, from Sales to installation to billing, all went very smooth. Mauricio, the sales guy, was able to come by early in the morning for the both estimate as well as the contract, working around my schedule. The 2 man father and son crew did an excellent job on the installation. They got it all done in just a day and a half. Installed the posts on Friday and finished the installation of the fence on Saturday, working very hard through heavy rain and hot, muggy conditions.The quality of their work is simply outstanding. I had a fence installed at our old house by another company and there is no comparison, this one is so much better made. And at a very good price. Crew also left the site in pristine condition, no dirt, wood chips or nails were left behind. Just a beautiful fence.

The people at Paramount Fence were immediately responsive in our inquiry of services. The sales person, Guy, came out and was very professional. It was clear what they could do for us and how it would work. All communication throughout the process was very clear and they did exactly what we asked them to do. We would use them again and we highly recommend them.

Omar was on time, knowledgeable and always available for questions. The crew was efficient and did a great job. They did leave some dirt in various places around the work area, but a quick phone call and it was taken care of the next day. The fence was installed as desired and looks great.

From the first initial estimate meeting to the install this company was so professional. I had several other fence companies come out for an estimate as well. Paramount was similar in price and had more informaiton to the installation than the other companies. One point in particular using quality wood that would not give off chemicals to my children over time. Suggesting a removable section of fence added little to the price but a great idea for future projects that require large equipment in the backyard. Omar and Rachel were excellent to work with and full of information. The installation crew was EXCELLENT. They were so great to my neighbors yard and flowers taking great care to not hurt them during the installation. The fence is beautiful exactly what we wanted. It has added value to our house.

Omar came to give the estimate. Called and showed up right on time. Full and clear explanation of the cost and products. Work began as scheduled. Workers were ok. While I was at work my husband allowed them to come in the house to use the rest room, and our microwave for lunch. This was not OK with me. Not professional at all. The work they did was fast and fine. When the were done they did take the neighbors shovels that were leaning up on their house. When they called the company, the crew denied taking them saying that they only carried one shovel and that's all they have. OK now if you believe that I have another one for you! The company was ok, but this particular crew was not.

The staining was well done and there was no mess. This is clearly a highly capable professional. There were many delays to getting the service performed but I think that is because they are in high demand and really only have one person for staining.

Great ! Excellent ! Fantastic ! Everyone in the company I had contact with was a pleasure to do business with. From the inside contact, to Guy coming out to survey the yard and quote the work, to the foreman on the job and the hard working crew. Very punctual. Very professional. Very quick. Well priced. Guy even mentioned something to save me a little money. The fence looks fantastic !!! High quality work ! I am very satisfied and would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The sales rep when he first came over here, I had a bunch of companies come over and he was by far the most knowledgeable. What impressed me the most was he was calling out things that we needed to think about before we figure out where the fence was gonna be because there were drainage lines, electrical and all that good stuff. He was really the only one that called that out of all the other fence companies I had come over. He was incredible.

Omar was the rep who came out to provide an estimate. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job of understanding what we were currently did not like about our old fence situation and provide great suggestions for our new fence, while staying in our budget. On the install date, paramount had a team of three gentlemen who worked hard and were polite and did great work. With the wet and stormy spring we had, the fence has held up great and seems very sturdy.

The Paramount Fence Co. came out and installed a new privacy fence in my back yard and took the old aluminum fence out and disposed of it. The only complaint I had was that the installers could have cleaned up a little better after they were done. Besides that, the work was very well done.

I was very pleased with their service. They have reasonable prices and the fence is of high quality. Three people installed 210 ft of fencing in one day. I would recommend their services.

I would highly recommend Paramount Fence. This is the second time we have used them. Sales, Customer Service and Crew are all very professional. On such an incredibly hot day, the crew worked hard and did an amazing job! We are so pleased and will continue to use them in the future!
