+ 1 more.Matt came to our house, listened to our likes and dislikes, took pictures and measurements, clarified points. Matt then went back to his office and created a beautiful design that truly reflected what we wanted to accomplish in turning our plain yard into a place offering privacy, protection, and functionality, combined with low maintenance. Matt has a great sense of scale, color, and an in-depth knowledge of plants not typically found with a design architect. For the quality of the work product his price is very fair, and actually a good value. While some may develop a plan for less cost, I doubt the level of thought and detail would equal Matt's quality. Matt returned to our house and took the time to step us through each plant and feature. He was happy to answer all our questions. Matt worked with our schedule, delaying his return to match our availability. I highly recommend Matt for your design needs. Our next step is to save up and begin phase one in 2014.
Description of Work: Matt developed a wonderful and detailed multi-year landscape design plan for the front, back and both side yards. He delivered it in a large format printout both in color for our use and a 2nd copy in B&W for a contractor's use.

He was professional and created a beautiful and scalable plan that we will be able to use over the years to create the curb appeal that is appropriate for our 100 year home. We appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into his design and highly recommend him to those looking for a landscaper.

Description of Work: We asked Matt to do a design for the front of our house. We met with him, he took pictures, and came back with a great plan. We talked through the comprehensive plan - and even suggested some changes to Matt. He was flexible, but yet able to state his reason for the original plants. We are looking forward to the implementation. I appreciate that Matt could understand I wanted to do the design this year, cost it out and then do the planting later this year or even next year.

Matt is very responsive and gets stuff done when he says he is going to which is unusual (in good way) for this industry where there is often not a lot of professionalism. NDA has a crew to perform small to mid-size landscape projects and his prices are very competitive. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with NDA and would highly recommend NDA to anyone looking to do a commercial or residentional landscape project.
Description of Work: Provided professional drawings for two brick monuments at the division of our subdivision and surrounding landscaping. Allowed us to put the project out for competitive bid so everyone bidding on the contract was bidding on the same work which allowed us to get a great price. Matt reviewed all the bids, made recommendations and oversaw the project.

Description of Work: Provided professional designs for two large stone monuments/signs at entrance of our neighborhood as well as the surrounding landscaping. We then used these professional designes to bid out the work, so all contractors are working off the same design to ensure comparable bids, which allowed us to get the best bid possible. The Company was very responsive and the designs were fantastic. The designer worked within our budget and produced a great looking cost effective design that we plan to use with construction beginning this spring. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a landscape project. It's hard to bid a job out if you don't have a professional design that covers all the details of the project.
