 + -1 moreThis restoration company was referred to us by the contractors who fixed our home after an accident. I am very disappointed by their customer service and packing skills. When I returned to my home items were thrown into boxes and I cut myself on pieces of glass from broken picture frames. There were dents in other items. In addition, I was missing academic journals which they claimed they never touched. They did not want to work out a resolution to the matter. They wanted to blame the homeowners when they came in and packed up several rooms. I am not pleased at all with their services and could NOT recommend that you use them. Use another company which is more customer service oriented and cares about the homeowner's items especially those with sentimental value. Do not use them.
Description of Work: Packed up our home items from 3 rooms. Some items were taken for restoration while the others were boxed and left on site. They were lazy in the packing process. Items were broken and others have gone missing. They do not care and do not want to compensate. They called us liars and stated that were were wasting their time.
