Description of Work: Called Mark to correct water under kitchen sink. He correctly diagnosed issue with disposal over the phone, gave an estimate and we scheduled a replacement.

+ -1 moreMark and his assistant took care of everything. They were very professional. Mark answered all my questions and took on 2 additional jobs (toilets) and a discussion on the hot water heaters. Since the sink repair had the call out fees, the rest of the work items were handled for very reasonable prices. I was very happy with Mark's service and would not only use him again for any plumbing work but recommend him without hesitation.
Description of Work: I arranged for Mark to repair the kitchen sink faucet. The Grohe faucet is original to the house and about 10 years old. A plastic spacer under the sink had cracked and left the faucet loose. I ordered spare parts from the manufacturer, so this service was just for labor. During the visit I had Mark check our out Hot Water heaters, he replaced a wax ring on the basement toilet and replaced the intake valve on the master bedroom toilet.

+ -1 moreMark arrived when he said he would, especially at a very busy time with the extreme Cold weather in the Chicago area. He had all of the tools and parts needed to do the job and was able to complete in one stop. He also pointed out what had caused the major problem of the frozen tub drain trap and made suggestion on how to fix it. It was not a plumbing problem, but an insulation issue.
Description of Work: Unstopped frozen tub drain trap and repaired leak at the drain opening.

+ -1 moreHe was professional, courteous, and very helpful. He did a great job of correcting poor work done by a previous plumber. He was also very neat and clean (he was the only one who put booties on!).
Description of Work: Mark re-installed faucents and drains that had be installed incorrectly by a previous service provider. He also did various other plumbing work.
