+ -1 moreGS Flooring was subcontracted by Home Depot to do work for us. It took several weeks for them to come out and measure. There were serval miscommunications between Home Depot and GS Flooring around measurement. We paid for the installation back in August and it was just completed after thanksgiving. Installed never worked a full day. Kept on coming in and leaving after working 2 to 3 hours. Came three time over the span of a month. Home Depot and GS Flooring charged me a change order because there was a miscommunication between the two companies about the work that needed to be done. In the end the installer didn't even put the electric cover plates back and said we needed to do them. Luckily, the GS Flooring customer service called to check up on the work. We informed them of the issue and the sent someone out to fix it. The backsplash looks great. However, there were way too many miscommunications and it shouldn't take months to install a backsplash.
