Description of Work: Concreteby Sennstrom resurfaced our gravel drive way with concrete. The job took about one week and was completed promptly. |Tom came each time exactly when he said he would. |The drive way looks good, very smooth and clean. |So far we are satisfied with their work. Hopefully it will last well through the winter. |Their price was higher than some other bids we had, but the work was good and professional.They finished it by adding some dirt around the edges to fill in the gaps. |I will recommend this business to my friends. |We also liked that he worked with us to fit us in our schedule, since we had some delays because of permits and travel. |

 + 0 moreTom contacted us several days prior to the start of construction to inform us of the start date. The crew arrived promptly on time. The work site was kept very clean with no damage done to the adjacent lawn or yard, which we greatly appreciated! All equipment was taken away each evening and stored in their work truck parked at the end of the driveway each night. Work was completed exactly on schedule, which was four days in length. Attention to every detail was very important to both Tom, his Foreman, and his crew resulting in a beautifully completed driveway and additional sidewalks.
Description of Work: Prior to signing a contract, Tom Sennstrom, the owner, came to the house and walked our lot making suggestions for concrete improvements to our property that, in addition to the driveway, included removing old, unused sidewalks, and re-pouring old sidewalks that needed to be re-pitched away for the house. The work included: removing, replacing, and widening the existing driveway; removing asphalt and hauling to legal dump site; surveying the job site with leveling instrument for proper grade; installing form-work with proper pitch for water drainage, installing proper compact gravel base and compact mechanically; concrete mix design in 4500PSI with 6% air entrainment; reinforcing concrete with 6x6x10 steel mesh; installing #3 steel bars into foundation to prevent settlement; installing control and expansion joints in proper location; broom sweeping finish; applying final coat to concrete surface to cure and seal compound; leaving job site in broom swept condition; providing barricades during construction.

 + 0 moreWe received an estimate for our driveway and sidewalk. Price-wise they were in line with 2 other companies we called. It took a little over a week for them to start the work, enough time for me to get the permit from our city. One day, they removed our asphalt driveway and sidewalk and got everything ready to pour the cement. The next day the curb was cut and a new concrete driveway and sidewalk was put in. They handled scheduling the inspections with the city. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up everything. Our neighbors tree had those whirlybird seeds and they kept falling on the wet concrete. The company had a worker with a leaf blower trying to keep them off the driveway so we wouldn't have any indentations. This was more than I expected. They did a great job and our driveway looks very good!
Description of Work: Remove our asphalt driveway and the concrete sidewalk from the driveway to our front porch. Cut the curb, install new concrete driveway and sidewalk. Seal the driveway.

I mean at first when the job was finished I thought it looked really nice, but now since a little time has passed, it is starting to look not so good. The workers were great and professional.

His workers were meticulous, pleasant, and they cleaned up the site well. They arrived every morning on time. Their price was higher than other quotes but our experience shows that you get what you pay for. I would definitely hire them again.
