I'm 60 and have owned many homes and Dan is by far the best guy I have worked with. He is very personable and took the time to explain everything. I knew I could trust him 100% with his recommendations and ideas all with a fair price.
Description of Work: Dan installed a furnace for us as well as a new AC compressor and a wifi thermostat

Dan at All Weather Control did a great job replacing both units. He explained to me why each unit was beyond repair (both units were over 20 years old) and why he selected the new units (based on quality of each and their fit for my home). I have them come twice a year to service and clean the units to make sure all are running in the best way. It is good to find someone who provided quality work and a far price these days!

Dan explained and showed me what to look for to determine if a motor is not working on a pump. He replaced the non-working pump. We checked the first floor condo. All is good . . . heat is working. Dan is easy going and enjoyable to work with as a contractor.
Description of Work: We had Dan come to our condominium complex because there was no heat in a first floor condo. We have a boiler system and Dan found a non-working motor on one of the pumps in the boiler room.
