Description of Work: I went to Tekkies to get my Ipads fixed and specifically asked if they had the screens in stock - I needed the two ipads fixed by a certain time. I left my ipads and returned two day later (I was orginally told they ipads would be completed in 24 hours , however , I went out of town and came into the store when I returned). When I went to pick them up I was told that they had "good news and bad news" - that they used one of my screens on another customer per the owner. I had initally offered to pay for the service in full and was told "don't worry about it pay when we finish" - I asked the store clerk when they new screen would be in and was told - "they thought it would be in that day - however they were not sure" I would not recommend the service as they don't have the stock merchandise and don't complete the projects and I would never utilize them again or refer anyone to them.

 + -1 moreIt was really inexpensive. The drive was about $60 and with labor, it came up to about $100. They are a no-frills service, I walked in with my computer, and they fixed it. We have a Dell service plan that we paid for, we don’t even use it, and we rather pay Tekkies more and get the job done, because Dell service people have been awful.
Description of Work: I used Tekkies Computer & Gaming Repair to put in a new DVD drive in my computer. They cleaned up the files and removed any attached items from the internet and other application.
