It was really inexpensive. The drive was about $60 and with labor, it came up to about $100. They are a no-frills service, I walked in with my computer, and they fixed it. We have a Dell service plan that we paid for, we don’t even use it, and we rather pay Tekkies more and get the job done, because Dell service people have been awful.
