Always happy with team Simpson.

Joey and his helper arrived on time, did the work flawlessly and left the premises neat as a pin, taking the old carpet and padding with them. They also moved 3 large pieces of furniture, perhaps because we are elderly.

We contacted Joey with Team Simpson on very short notice. We had not planned on replacing any carpet when we moved into our new home. After seeing the home empty, it was pretty obvious we needed to do something with the carpets. I believe I spoke to Joey around 8pm on a Friday night and he agreed to stop by the new place at 9am the next morning. He was on time and had plenty of samples with him. He reassured me that while the carpet in the home was old it was in pretty good condition. He pointed out the areas in the home that he thought he could work with and stretch and he listened to our concerns about the family room carpet. In the end we replaced only one room of carpeting and Joey and his co-worker worked on the upstairs to make it look fabulous. He was very honest and didn't seem offended at all that we went with just one room of new vs the whole house. They were efficient, professional, and cleaned up with they were done. Overall working with Joey was great. He was very honest and upfront about everything. I highly recommend Team Simpson and will absolutely be using them in the future.

He gave us the best price with a better grade of pad and carpet over a local big chain store. He moved all of the furniture for us and he cleaned up after himself. Good prices and good work.
