Greg phoned me within minutes of my request for a request. He is professional, extremely polite, and eager to help. I told him that per the carpet manufacturer, I only wanted steam cleaning (no shampoos, chemical cleaners or pre-treatment). My carpeting is already pre-sealed with a soil-guard protector, and shampoos and cleaners will break down that bond. The carpet is unstained, but just needed a good steam cleaning to refresh it. Greg completely understood my request, and explained how the process worked. He answered all of my questions fully, and didn't attempt to up-sell me with add-ons or other work I didn't want or request. He was just eager to help and he gave me a good quote right on the spot, over the phone. I made an appointment for the following week, and he called me to let me know he was running about 15 minutes late due to traffic. Once he arrived, he assessed the situation, commended me on my (husband's!) vacuuming maintenance, and double-checked the service I wanted done and was expecting before he began. The steam cleaning was done very thoroughly; yet quickly. He provided both my husband and me a pair of rubber booties to wear while the carpet was still damp and drying. The only downside was that he predicted the carpet would be dry in 4 to 5 hours, but it was still a little damp when I went to bed at 9 pm (the cleaning was finished by 1:00 pm; so 8 hours). Not a big deal though; we do have a thicker than normal carpet pad. The results are impressive! The carpet looks and feels refreshed and the price was right. There was no high pressure sales tactics, and the price quoted was the price we paid. I will definitely call again when it's time for another carpet refresher. Greg is a real stand-up guy--very fair and eager to please.
