 + -1 moreIt was more expensive than I had anticipated. It was a deal where it was 2 hours of handyman service and it went over and it seemed it took quite a long time. Going over had to do with getting the wrong part and going back and forth to the hardware.
Description of Work: They did some plumbing. They did some plumbing. They replaced a faucet and redid the plumbing in the kitchen, the kitchen sink plumbing.

Description of Work: Kris Took out my one sink 60 inch vanity and the 3 foot Mira that was above it also took out my existing toilet and the linoleum off my bathroom floor. He removed all the trim around two if my doors and all the baseboards in my bathroom he also took off all the tile on three walls which surrounded the bathtub. He took out 184 inch tall cabinet that was behind the bathroom door. They arrived at my home at 8 AM on September 6 and when I flew in from Boston by the time I got home it was 2:30 PM... he did all that and that little bit of time the linoleum was taken off the floor so cleanly you could not tell that linoleum had ever been there!?. They worked on when I arrived his tools and equipment when you neatly stacked in my garage and in my bathroom I was amazed at how clean everything was. there was no trash or debris and there was no DEST ! They returned the next day as scheduled at 8 AM on the dot at which time they removed the lighting from my bathroom wall above vanity & the ceiling. They sanded and painted the walls with one coat and painted my inexpensive bathroom doors white they are beautiful and look as though I bought them that way??? they had a one week break while the granite and new vanity were put in, they return to days later put the final coat of paint on the walls seal the granite to the bathroom floor put in the new porcelain tile put the toilet back hooked up the sink the faucet, finish putting the new trim around the door and the molding on the floor, install new ceiling fixture and put in a wall fixture for the LED lights for the vanity cabinet. Even the cabinet maker was blown away by the expertise that Chris used in my bathroom and said that he would recommend him to his clients who needed work done.. whenever I called or text Chris he got back to me within two hours which is phenomenal for contractor, but he is more than contractor extraordinaire I consider him a friend and will recommend him to everyone who needs work done in their home. His expertise in his craft is beyond exceptional?? I am truly elated with my work of art I call my bathroom. Thank you Chris and your helper, I have you on redial get ready???????

WE bought a special offer and I was not clear that they couldn't finish everything within the coupon fixed hours but I did not that if they went over their time that it would be extra. We ended up paying double what I thought it was going to be so best to confirm if everything can be done in the amount of time for a fixed special offer of hours. The door lock wasn't fitting well so they did come back free of charge to fix it. The work went well and it was quality work and the co-owner was one of the people that came out to do the work. Nice guys and good quality work.

On the appointed day they called me promptly when they found that they would be a bit late for our appointment. I truly appreciated that call because it allowed me to run a needed errand (rather than, as with some contractors, wait & fret wondering when and if their man is coming). Stonegate's 2-man team arrived promptly at the revised appointment time and we quickly reviewed the bucket list I'd prepared of chores to be done. Then they methodically & thoroughly did everything on the list, cleaning each work area when they'd finished. They were pleasant, professional, and responsive, and I'm well-satisfied and will call them again. I recommend Stonegate's work to other customers.

Most of the work was done outside while it was raining and they were efficient and did not complain about the weather. I have asked them to return to do some additional work.
