With still more time left they replaced all of the remaining door hinges, and strike plates (10 doors on the second level). Had I already purchased those doorknobs that would have been done too. We'll get those them come back again. They were professional, didn't waste anytime, and did an overall good job.

Felt kind of like bait and switch on the cost. The original deal of $99 for 4 hours sounded great, but they turned what should of been a simple one man project into a two-man project. I am often skeptical about paying a per man hour rate, especially for such a small project. In the end, I ended up paying over $1500, for a partially completed project. I did not want to spend anymore money, so I am left now with unfinished drywall and staircase, as well as no light- they took down the old light fixture. The quality of the actual work was fine, but the cost kept going up & up. Also, they made a mess of my attic with dust everywhere as that is where they decided to cut the materials instead of outside; I spent a good hour or so moping up the attic flooring and dusting off the things I had in storage up there. Also, they use a very thick piece of plywood to cover the existing attic entry door, making it very heavy & extremely difficult to open- it may even damage the existing hinges over time as the door is too heavy now.

They were prompt, they were meticulous and they did everything I asked them for, so I definitely would recommend them highly. They were very good and their price was very reasonable.

I purchased an Angie List $99 coupon for 4 hours with one person or 2 hours with 2 people. I initiated the appointment with email and then by phone to set up the time. They were punctual and polite. I already had the moulding painted and ready to be nailed in place. They began at 8:00 am and were finished by 11:00 and did not charge any extra. They were not able to finish covering the nail holes or caulking during that time, but I said that I preferred to finish it myself. They did a great job with no miss cuts (which is great, since I didn't purchase enough moulding to account for mistakes). I do plan on hiring them again.

The work I originally purchased time for, installation of two counter tops, sink and faucet, could not be done due to errors in final design for the counters by the vendor. The gentleman from Stone Gate informed me and explained what was wrong, attempted to fix but it was not possible so all the items are being returned, but they were so helpful in doing some other fixing in the bathroom, and as I showed them what else I needed done since the time frame was up, Robert was so helpful in explaining what needed to be done and to contact them for a quote for future time. I will make a future appointment. Robert left business cards and will recommend to my neighbors also. They were very nice and I appreciated the help very much.

Robert and his guy came an hour early. We discussed what I needed to get done, that took about 15 minutes. Then they went out to get materials. So two hours allotted time gone. After one hour, my 3 hours allotted time is up, Robert asked do I want to proceed. I said yes, because it would deplete the purpose of having them there the first place. They first worked on the desk, that went ok, although I asked to cover the cement support stoops with wood and not to leave any room for animals to get underneath the porch. It didn't happen as expected. Then come the fence, they just nail a piece of wood put the two fences together, without a wood pole to support in between fences like it was before, I don't know it is strong enough doing the way they do. And I asked to put a latch inside so I can lock the door from the inside, they said no problem. But by 6pm, they returned the lock to me saying the door is too crooked to put it in, that I can return the part. But it was drilled on and can't be returned. They must have tried to put it in but it was probably too big. They took the old latch out now it has a big hole where it was used to be. If you take a look at the pictures, you can tell the door is not crooked. That was the most disappointed, not being able to lock the door from the inside. The job was done on 3/21/2017 and it cost $409 plus materials.

Robert and Maciek arrived on time. Checked-in to confirm what I wanted done. Did the job I need done very professionally. Cleaned up after job was completed. I would use Stone Gate Construction again.

They did a great job installing the flooring. We are very happy with how the floor looks and have received several compliments on the installation.

They were a really nice and hard-working group. We had a little difficulty because of need for more supplies that I was not aware of when we made the plans for the job. While I was gone, they inadvertently hung the insulation incorrectly. They were very apologetic, and we decided to do what we could to get the best out of the job. Aside from the insulation problem, they did a very nice job on the shelves themselves. They were very gracious and very dedicated. Mistakes can happen - they did their best to provide a good solution. I deeply respect craftsmen who assume responsibility for what they do, and attempt to do their best work no matter what. I would definitely consider hiring them again!

Terrible, worst customer service. They refunded the extra money I paid on top of the offer. Also said they would refund what I paid Angie's list but that never happened.

It went ok. It wasn't as fast as it should've been so it cost a lot more than I wanted to spend and there was still work left over.

Great, we are happy with the repairs. They arrived on time. Were professional while they were working. Were able to fix everything I asked of them. Gave me suggestions on what to do about some other issues. We just didn't realize how much a repairman usually costs after their bought time expired, which it did soon after asking them if they could fix the shed door. Not their fault, we still approved of the work.

Very happy with them - would hire again for future jobs

They arrived well after agreed upon time, but they called to let us know they were running late. One of the fixtures was in a 2 story foyer, which we told them when we scheduled but they arrived w/o an appropriate ladder. One of the 2 went to rent one, which took a long time. We were asked to pay 1/2 of the ladder cost, which we did, but we were not told we needed to do so beforehand. Quality of work was very good

Stonegate workers were professional and knoweldgable. I was very pleased with their efforts.

The service was great and they did high quality work. They didn't clean up everything, including spilling some plaster on the carpet and leaving a cut up drywall sheet in the back yard, but otherwise everything was great.
