He came over to evaluate what was needed, took measurements, went to store to purchase materials, and kept me informed about available option. He then returned to complete the install. In addition, the job surfaced a few other issues that needed to be fixed from previous installer. Oscar fixed those and did not charge me anything extra for the trip to buy materials or the additional fixes. So, I gave him a 25% tip 🤩
