a friend had recommended Scott Marhofke Plumbing. I had left a message and was pleased with the prompt return of my call. I explained what I needed done and he scheduled a time and was very prompt. Answered some of my questions about fixtures in my bathroom too. Very efficient, did a great job and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use Scott Marhofke Plumbing again.

Scott came to install new spigots. The job was not an easy one as we have an old home, which comes with its intricacies. Scott spent the time necessary to ensure that the job was done right. Extremely friendly and reliable service, meaning he arrived exactly on time as he said. We like to support our local service providers and have found our plumber.

Excellent work. Explained in detail what had to be done and spent the time necessary to make certain all repairs were satisfactorily completed. Also took the time to contact the village on my behalf to make arrangements for the repair of my water meter. If you are looking for a personable, competent, and honest plumber, Scott should be at the top of your list.

Scott provided excellent service from our initial inquiry through the water heater installation and cleanup. He was helpful in addressing our upfront questions and concerns. He came on time and found out that the leak was caused by a loose connection between the faucet and the hose. He did not charge me anything for his time to come because he said: and quot;it will be silly for me to charge you anything.and quot; I have used Glazik plumbing in the past to fix a leak in my bathroom. I will use them again.

Scott came out to winterize our house before we moved out of state. The company was very responsive and got back to me in a timely manner. I believe the price was also very competitive.

It went great. The repair took about one hour. My kitchen sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher are fully functional again.

Couldn't be happier with the job. Scott was able to get better covers than I could and did an excellent job. Monday morning came out very early at my request to take a look at the job and give me an estimate. He called me the following day with a price. We agreeed on the work. He purchased the covers arrived and did the install Friday. Scott had to customize the covers and improvise with some problems encountered when the holes in the cover didn't allow for the power bricks to go through. He made excellent decisions and customization to make it work. No corners were cut.

I called in the morning because we had a clogged kitchen drain and I was unable to run the dishwasher and the disposal. A very friendly man came out, assessed the problem, explained to me what he was going to do to unclog the drain/disposal etc. and worked very quickly to get it done. He pointed out a problem hose position that was causing the backup and fixed it. I also had a slow drain in the basement that he cleared for me. After he left I thought there was still a problem with my dishwasher and he came back that same day. Turns out it wasn't still clogged, it was my lack of knowledge of the appliance and how it drains, but he was very nice about having to come back.

I had an outside faucet that was leaking. I called Glazik Plumbers and left a message explaining my problem. Within a short time they called me back. I explained my problem and he told me the most it might cost would be 185.00 but it could be less .it would depend on what he found when he got to the house.We arranged a time for him to come out. He was on time and evaluated the problem. Our home is 48 years old and the problem was with the pipe that runs from the outside thru the house to the inside and they do not make the washer part I needed to fix the pipe anymore. So he replaced the whole pipe and it cost 185.00. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything to me so I could understand it. I was very pleased with him and I would highly recommend him.

From the time I called from the time the job was done....everything was done with much professionalism and skill.

The plumber was very courteous and unclogged the drain with no extra work needed or recommended. He explained every step very well and was very careful to keep the area clean.

They are very nice and accommodating. They did a very good job, and they were very professional.

We called them because there was no water in the shower and they came out within an hour that we called them. They were incredible, great very personable. They came out on the labor's day and fixed everything. They came into the house with the shoes off, cleaned every thing and they knew exactly what to do. I was pleased with their services. The price was reasonable.

They were late, I had taken time off of work, they did call thankfully. Otherwise it went great.

The price seemed high, but I was in no position to quarrel. However, when I called after receiving the new part at 10:45 Saturday morning, the owner told me it was too late to come and that I should have called yesterday. I pointed out that Scott had told me any time before 1pm was fine. Jim told me ''Scott lied.'' The conversation went downhill quickly with Jim demeaning me, teasing me and acting like they'd done the work as a favor. Needless to say, I was disappointed that they were not keeping their word. But, more than that, I find it distasteful when an owner doesn't stand by commitments made by their workers. Finally, I'm the customer, and I didn't appreciate being reprimanded for my ''attitude.'' In short, Scott and Joe were wonderful. Jim was not. For this reason alone, it is highly unlikely that I'll use them when I redo my master bath or flip houses this year.

HE'S FRIENDLY, WAS ON TIME, AND DID GOOD WORK. HE DIDN'T WASTE ANY TIME.

JIM AND HIS ASSISTANT CAME OUT TO INSTALL THE BACK-UP SUMP PUMP. HE RECOMMENDED THAT WE ALSO REPLACE THE MAIN PUMP WHICH WAS 20 YEARS OLD. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHY IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND DID NOT PRESSURE US AT ALL. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, QUICK, AND FRIENDLY.
