Bill & Linda were very responsive with coming to our home and with their estimate was immediate. The installation went seamlessly and they were in and out within an hour. I am so pleased with the result. We had plantation shutters in our living room installed 5 years ago and they are bulky and boxy looking compared to these. They make a great team and I have already passed along their name to someone else.

We are completely satisfied with the blinds and the installation. The quality of the Hunter Douglas blinds is excellent, and the installation is very professional. The blinds fit the windows perfectly and operate as intended. Bill and Linda always arrived at the appointed times. They kept us well informed on the status of the orders, and when they would arrive . Their prices are competitive. Most importantly, Bill and Linda are very pleasant folks to do businees with. We needed new shades for our Family Room and one Bedroom and contacted Image Custom Blinds. They responded quickly and worked with our schedule to come to the house for the estimate. They had many options and samples to chose from. We placed the order that day and was advised it would take up to 2 weeks for delivery. One week from that day we got a call and they came out that same day to install. We are very pleased with the installation and shades. They were not only very professional and efficient but they were also very nice and pleasant to do business with. If we need window treatment in the future we will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them!

They were fantastic! They scheduled the appointment to measure the day I contacted them, were extremely friendly and professional when they came out and promptly sent me a quote and placed the order. When the blinds came in, they called me and were able to install them the same day! They were a pleasure to work with.

They came out and measured then ordered the blinds for each and every window we have. When the blinds came in they came back and installed them all. There is one blind out of 28 with a bad winding mechanism so they ordered a replacement they will install next week. The blinds fit perfect, were installed very nicely, and we couldn't be happier with them. They were very helpful during the ordering process explaining which features were available, they also explained for oversize windows what looked best and what was most cost efficient. I would recommend them to everyone.

Bill & Linda were great to work with. They were prompt and everything that they said came true. They promised delivery and installation in three weeks and that's what happened. They make recommendations, but don't try to upsell you. Highly recommended.

We had Bill and Linda come out to give us an estimate for having blinds installed in our new construction home. They were very professional, trustworthy, and flexible. They showed us options that met our style and budget. They gave us a few different estimates for each room as we were trying to decide which blinds to purchase. They even came back to measure again to ensure accuracy before placing our order. Our custom blinds arrived in less than 3 weeks. Bill and Linda came back to our home to install the blinds. I was amazed at how quick and efficient they were. Our blinds look great and they did an outstanding job with the installation. Bill and Linda were a delight to work with.

They came back after our initial meeting where we had selected the products to make sure the selections we made looked good in the evening as well as on bright sunny days. Our products arrived earlier than we expected and they came out the day before Thanksgiving to install to make sure we were ready for the holidays. The installation was quick and no mess. It was so very nice to deal with them throughout the process. They were very professional and we would highly recommend them to friends and family.

The providers were a husband and wife team with lots of experience in their field. Contacted them by email initially and received a quick response. They came to the house with sample books, I made my selections and they provided a quote on the spot. I accepted and two weeks to the day they were back installing my new shades. Installation was quick and efficient. They even brought the old shades and boxes to the curb as it was trash day. A very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them.

Bill and his wife were fantastic, and we truly enjoyed having them in our home. They were professional and courteous. We interviewed and received quotes from 3 other companies, and Image Custom Blinds were able to give us a higher quality product AND lower pricing. There was a problem with one blind at the initial install, but Bill came out again as soon as a new one was ordered to replace the defective blind. We have a few other rooms to do, and we will definitely be in touch with Bill again in the (near) future!

We received several quotes for shutters on our newly built home. We had a lot of windows to cover and knew it would be an expensive purchase. Linda and Bill not only provided us with the most competitive price but also very professional and attentive service. They are small business owners who take great pride in their work providing quotes, measurements and installations themselves. This results in seamless service from beginning to end. We could not be more pleased.

Fast, punctual, professional, both on initial call and installation. Good selection to choose from. Installation was very quick and they cleaned up after themselves. Blinds are perfectly sized for the windows. I marked Image down one notch on quality: the blinds are very lightweight and are almost flimsy when drawing them up or down. I don't like using the stick to pull the blinds down, but that's my fault for choosing it. I marked them down on price both for the quality and for the 100% down policy. If it weren't for the reviews in Angie's List, I would not have written the check. Image Blinds still owes me a second stick.

Perfect. They are fantastic. They noticed a couple of imperfections when installing them that I most likely would not have noticed and immediately reordered those. My only complaint is that I needed to get rid of the boxes and packing material, they do not take care of that. They told me this up front but I had no idea how much trash that was going to be. I had to actually hire someone to remove the boxes and packaging for me. Whole house shutters is a lot of packaging!

Bill and Linda came out previously and measured the windows that we wanted addressed. They were very easy to work with. They provided us with suggestions to satisfy our needs and were personable and professional throughout the process. Just over 3 weeks after we placed our order with them our window coverings were delivered and installed. No drama or issues. Image Custom Blinds helped us choose new blinds for our very recently installed windows. They came within a few days of calling - which was very nice as a nationally advertised company scheduled 3 weeks out for just a quote. The price quoted was quite a bit less than another quote we received for the same product. The owner/installer with his wife were very pleasant and professional. We are very pleased with the installation and the product and we would recommend this company.

Bill met with us in May, advising us on different options. He was very honest and direct and did not push us towards more expensive options-- unlike someone from a different company. He gave us estimates based on 2 different options. This was a major expenditure and we are not ones to jump into a decision but by July had decided to go with 10 window blinds and one blind for the sliding door to the balcony of our condo. These were all Hunter-Douglas Nantucket Powerrise blinds. All of our windows are floor to ceiling and there is a crown molding that made the installation a little tricky. Bill returned on July 19th and re-measured and went over all the details to assure us and himself that we knew what he would do. Bill is a former engineer and is very good in anticipating any problems that could arise. The blinds arrived very quickly and the installation was completed on the 12th of August by Bill and Linda. Every step of the way they were very thorough and very careful. They are very nice, straightforward and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely hire them again. The other fellow told us he would match anyone's bid but why play games like that when we could deal with good people like Bill and Linda?

In addition to Bill and Linda Berg with Image Custom Blinds, I meet with two other window covering vendors, also highly rated by Angies List. I tend to be very detailed and exacting. By far Bill and Linda stood out as professionals who understood their business and the proper use and application of window coverings. One of the most critical factor after product selection is proper measurement and installation. Bill does the measuring and installation of his products. He was spot-on...especially with two large custom shutters that covered arched windows. Bill and Linda were no nonsense...quick and responsive, a pleasure to work with and very competitively priced.

We just finished a remodel of our entire house and I Iooked around for blinds for the dining room, kitchen, living room and my bedroom. I called Image Custom Blinds for a quote based on the great Angie's List reviews. Bill and Linda came out and worked with me and guided me through the process based on some of the requirements that I was looking for. They worked well together and helped me decide on the fabric, color, style, etc. I picked out 8 blinds and based on what I had previously looked at through other vendors, knew that the pricing was reasonable. I made an order and was told that the order would be ready in 3-4 weeks, I was also set up with a rebate form for Hunter Douglas, based on the current manufacturer promotion. A couple days later, Bill called and let me know that the fabric I had picked out for one of the blinds was not available, and we set up another day for them to come back out to pick out a new fabric. Since my house is relatively small and the windows were in close proximity, I chose to change the fabric on all the blinds in the dining room and living room in order to coordinate. This was not a problem. Bill and Linda verified that the new fabric would be available and made the revised order. The order was actually a couple hundred dollars cheaper than the previous order. About 4 weeks later, the blinds were in and Bill called to set up the installation. Bill and Linda arrived promptly, removed the existing blinds and drapes and installed the 8 blinds very quickly. They provided me with a check for the difference in the 2 orders. Bill and Linda are very professional and a great team.

I initially called Image Custom Blinds when my wife and I were first beginning to look at window treatments to replace our old blinds. I spoke with Bill and we scheduled a time for him to come out to measure my windows as well as show me some of my options. Bill arrived on time and was very professional for our first meeting. He explained everything in detail and was very helpful as I was trying to select which window treatments to install. Bill provided a quote the same day and urged me to shop around since he was confident his price would be the best. As per Bill's advice, I met with a couple additional companies and their prices were higher for similar treatments. Unfortunately, my wife and I were unable to choose exactly what treatments we wanted, so Bill offered to come out again with his wife Linda and show us more samples. Again, Bill and Linda were on time and extremely helpful in picking out our window treatments. We made a selection and they put in our order. When the time came to install the blinds, Bill and Linda came over and took down our old blinds and had the new ones installed within a couple of hours. Everything looks great and we couldn't be happier!

Bill and Linda came to our house to show us all the options, and choices, like style and colors. We chose the Applause Powerrise, Sunterra in Pinecone color. Very prompt, and courteous. Explained all the choices and options. Took about 1/2 hour. did the measurements. We placed the order. In about 2 1/2 weeks Bill and his college age daughter, came back to install the pleated shades. They work great as a team. Everything was installed in about 45 minutes. 2 shades in the family room and one in the den. We chose the battery option, and Bill explained the one remote that operates all 3 windows. Was impressed that the window shade batteries AA , should last 3 to 5 years. We had a curtain rod and valances already up and the shades were installed without us having to remove either one. Definitely would have them do work for us again. They all sure knew what they were doing. Plus , very pleasant personalities to boot !

Bill and Linda were wonderful to work with. They always arrived on time and would even send me a courtesy text when they were close so I knew they were coming. We needed new window treatments in our nursery, and Bill and Linda showed us great, child-safe options that fit into our budget. Once we placed the order and waited for them to arrive, Bill called the day they came in and came right out to put them in. The installation couldn't have been more prompt. They were in and out in minutes, and overall just a wonderful experience. We love our new blinds in the nursery and are so happy that we can feel comfortable with them being child-safe. We even had a quote done for other windows in the house that I'm sure we will order as soon as our budget allows for it. But we know for sure that when we decide to we will be using Bill and Linda!

I called them and they came out took the measurements the next day, ordered them and they came in within 3 weeks and he called and installed them the next day. I was not sure what I wanted and the style that would be right for my house. With in 20 minutes they had helped me with that decision which I really appreciated. I was really happy with them. These were five sets of 2-inch blinds and a vertical silhouette, which I had never seen before. I really liked them and their prices were really good too. Their service could not be beat.
